Cons:

Die Lüftung ist unzureichend. Deshalb mussten wir das Fenster offen lassen und mussten den Verkehrslärm akzeptieren.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und das Bad ebenso. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Freundliches und umsichtiges Personal beim Frühstück, die Nähe zum Zentrum war auch in Ordnung

Beim Einchecken war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unmotiviert, Zustellbett wurde auch erst nach unserem Hinweis aufgestellt, und das auch nur so lala, haben dann noch mal selber Hand angelegt, und es quietschte ungemein, an der Decke vor unseren Zimmern war die Lampe sehr dreckig und mit reichlich Spinnen Gewebe überzogen, die elektrischen Fliegengitter in den Zimmern sahen aus wie unter aller Sau und die Fensterrahmen wurden scheinbar auch schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, ein Sessel in den Zimmern müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, da die Sitzfläche dreckig und zerrissen war, dasselbe haben wir im Frühstücksraum auch festgestellt, für eine Nacht hat es gereicht

Es war für zwei Nächte völlig ok.
Pros:

Die Lage war super gewesen und auch recht zentral. Das Frühstück war super lecker und eine reichliche Auswahl. Auch für Kinder war genug dabei gewesen um gut zu frühstücken.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte leider unfreundlich, das Bad roch nicht angenehm und man konnte die Tür auch nicht offen lassen. Die ersatzkissen die man sich aus dem Schrank nehmen konnte waren leider nicht sauber und die Matratzen wirkten abgenutzt da man im liegen die Federn spürte.

Hinweis : Beim Online Check in via ihren Dienstleister wird verlangt, dass eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt wird obwohl ich bereits via Booking. ca. vier Wochen vorher bezahlt hatte !!!
Ergo, müssen sie ihre Software anpassen. Das verwirrt die Gäste !!!

Gute Lage, aber unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt

Das Frühstück war lecker und schön präsentiert mit einer schönen Auswahl. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Das Zimmer war groß mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie zu dritt.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, welches wir gebucht hatten, sondern ein schlechteres. Nach Reklamation haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war leider sehr abgewohnt. So gingen etliche Steckdosen nicht, die Bezüge von Sesseln und Sofa waren stark abgenutzt und teilweise kaputt, der Teppich war dreckig und fleckig. Die Betten waren sehr hart und nicht sehr bequem.
