Das Zimmer war ordentlich sauber und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und fehlende Dinge auf dem Zimmer wurden nach Anfrage sofort aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Es gibt nur wenig zu bemängeln. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag im Hotel und sind tagsüber auf die Buchmesse gefahren.
Wir waren eine Stunde zu zeitig am Hotel angekommen und fragten, ob wir bereits im Zimmer einchecken können. da wurde uns gesagt, dass dies 10 Euro kostet. Dies fand ich völlig übertrieben und ist mir in dieser Form noch nie in einem Hotel vorgekommen. Das war das einzige was mich gestört hat.

Gemütliches, ruhiges Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig, aber gut erreichbar gelegen. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rasen zwischen unserem "Flügel" und dem nächsten Flügel des Hotels. Das bisschen an Straßengeräuschen wurde von den Fenstern draußen gehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Hotelpersonal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer hatte direkt vor dem Bett einen großen, ekligen Dreckfleck. Die Dusche war in die Badewanne integriert, der Einstieg ziemlich hoch und daher war das Duschen ein eher gefährliches Unterfangen. Dass am Sonntagabend das Restaurant geschlossen hatte, hat uns kurz aus dem Konzept gebracht, und wenn man sich länger im Hotel aufhält und auch gern zum Abendessen dortbleiben möchte, hat man sich schnell durch das Menü gekostet. Das Essen war aber sehr lecker.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hatten die Suite gebucht für 3 Personen statt Schlafsofa Klappliege keine richtige Bettdecke für die Aufbettung nur eine bezogene Sofadecke, Handtuch zerrissen trotz Bitte an der Rezeption um Handtuchwechsel kein neues Handtuch erhalten, Teppich fleckig ,
