Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem überzeugendem Hotel mit Top-Personal ❤️
Pros:

Großzügige Zimmer- und Badgröße, Sauberkeit hervorragend, von der Ausstattung her fehlt es in der Suite Plus an Nichts und was nicht direkt auf dem Zimmer ist, kann an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden; das Personal ist zuvorkommend, sympathisch und immer sehr hilfsbereit - hier steht der Gast im Mittelpunkt; die Hotelanlage ist indoor und outdoor gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand; Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese Hotelkategorie nicht zu schlagen und einfach top für Leipzig

Cons:

kleine Reparaturen (z.B. Fenster schließt nicht zu 100% und lässt Lärm durch) und Ausbesserungen (z.B. fleckiger Teppich, ausgeblichene Couch) im Zimmer wären empfehlenswert; Frühstücksraum zu den Stoßzeiten etwas beengt

Kein Preis Leistungsverhältnis Personal sehr unfreundlich 😕
Cons:

Die sanitären Anlagen müssen dringend überholt werden. Defekte Mischbatterie in der Dusche und am Waschbecken.
Die Bar hat nur bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet und die Mitarbeiterin war völlig überfordert 😕

Das Zimmer war groß.
Die Betten waren groß und es war schön ruhig

Der Preis war hoch für 1 Nacht.
Wir hatten schon eine größere Auswahl an Wurst in dem Hotel.

Pros:

Nach wie vor tolle Lage und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Defekt im Bad durch Technik sofort behoben.

Cons:

Das Hotel lebt von der Substanz Ich war bis 2019 jährlich da, jetzt mit Pause dazwischen wieder. Der Teppich in der Suite ist unfaßbar schmutzig, teils kaputt. Wasserkocher und Kaffee fehlten, wurden aber auf Mitteilung ad hoc nachgeliefert. Zimmerservice ist abgeschafft, nur auf Nachfrage. Wurde zumindest mir beim persönlichen Check-In nicht mitgeteilt und ist schade. Wenn man eine Suite mit Kitchenette bucht, erwartet man das anders, insbesondere, da ja Müll anderer Art als im Hotelzimmer anfällt. Zimmerservice gibt es nicht mehr, das ist vermutlich zu arbeitsintensiv und heute überall rückgängig. Getränke kann man der Rezeption holen. 4,90€ für eine Flasche Radler 0,0; selbst abgeholt und ohne Glas, empfinde ich als zu preisintensiv.

Cons:

Matratzen waren viel zu unbequem (Bonellfederkern und Härtegrad 2 ist nicht für Erwachsene geeignet), Personal zum Check-out war unfreundlich

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende
Pros:

Schöne Lage, super Upgrade zur komfortablen Suite, sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr guter und freundlicher Service

Cons:

Keine Verdunkelung am Schlafzimmerfenster, Möbel, insbesondere Sofa und Sessel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzt und nicht sehr sauber.
