We loved everything about our stay at this location!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was very good. I will be traveling to this area frequently as I have a family member who is attending college there and will be visiting frequently and will always stay with this hotel now.

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was fantastic!! I even talked to the front desk manager and told her how great her hotel and staff were. We had no complaints, and I work in hospitality and know what to look for.

Pros:

Rooms were clean...bathrooms were nice. Enjoyed the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps.

Cons:

The loud screaming and shouting in a room a few doors down from us. Lasted about an hour...very disruptive. Not fun. Was also late at night and we had to leave very early to drive to Chicago to fly home in the am.

Decent at best.
Pros:

Spacious comfortable rooms

Cons:

Building are separated and you have to walk outside and into another building for breakfast in 47 degree weather. Breakfast should be until 10 am. Who wakes up at 6 am when on vacation?

Cons:

The staff was bad when we checked in the guy with the long hair on the front desk he was rude and we went to to the room took our shower and after the shower I found out no drinking water so I called the front desk if they have drinking water and he told me drink out from the faucet, He's the same guy was rude to us🙄so I just went to sleep thirsty and in the morning the breakfast was already late for 30 minutes and lady keep playing with his phone and the food just stayed in her cart 45 minutes late from the breakfast time and I thought from now on I would never book of some off brand name hotels..I came from the Philippines and even Philippines gives you a free complementary bottled drinking water anytime you want.

Pros:

Each time I stay at Eastland Suites, it's ALWAYS pleasant. From check in to check out, I love it here! Shout out to Angela at the front desk, she's always busy but has effectively managed multitasking! And does it with a smile on her face!

Cons:

I usually never have anything to say here but this time I do. There was a stench in my room that was rather putrid. It was only near the entrance and in the kitchen area. My husband and I concluded that someone possibly spilled water or food that was used in cooking seafood and never informed the hotel staff. It's in the carpet and floor and needs to be deep cleaned.

One of the best stays ever!
Pros:

The front desk people were awesome on arrival, thank you!! Clean, Clean, Clean rooms!! I booked 3 rooms and they were just as nice as the other. The place doesn't feel like a hotel at all. The property is really cool with small separate buildings that felt more like a town house. Bar, great breakfast, amenities. We all really enjoyed the stay!!

Cons:

I had to leave!! Lol

Fantastic stay in a fantastic area
Pros:

The room we had was AMAZING. Very clean, very spacious, very easily accessed no matter where we were coming from in the city. Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to be and breakfast was lovely every morning. THANK YOU to the wonderfully attentive and helpful staff who made sure we had everything we could possibly need the whole time we stayed. We are definitely coming back here!

Cons:

My only complaint the whole 4 days we stayed was that the two-seater couch in front of the television was soooooo uncomfortable. The springs felt sprung and you couldn't sit for more than a few minutes at a time. Not a huge deal because the beds were COMFORTABLE for sitting while we weren't out in town.
