Very poor
Pros:

This hotel is a MINO, Marriott in Name Only. Don’t be fooled by the lobby area, the rooms are in poor condition. The front desk staff reflects the conditions of the rooms, worn out and unable (or simply unwilling) to accommodate guests.We had a plumbing issue in our room which we reported immediately after check in. The front desk said they would call someone. It began to get late on Friday evening so we told them to just send someone Saturday. Instead of agreeing to do so they told us to call back so they wouldn’t forget. The next day we reported the issue to a member of the cleaning crews, who had someone there within 15 minutes. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix. As the engineering and cleaning crews worked desperately to fix it, my wife was forced to go to the lobby to use the bathroom. I just held it. When she tried to talk to the front desk supervisor about the issue, she threw both hands in the air and said she had just gotten there and couldn’t deal with it. This is not only rude and disrespectful, it reflects an attitude unfit for the “hospitality” industry, much less a supervisory role in any industry. Suffice it to say we won’t be going back

My stay was not pleasant
Pros:

The property was clean

Cons:

The first room internet wasn’t working they put me in another room the vents was rusty no refrigerator only microwave the dispenser keep falling off the wall in the middle of the night

Pros:

Hotel room was nice and Customer service was on point! Nice indoor and swim out pool!

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all, from the selection to the taste. I dont think there should be an upcharge for the breakfast, especially for what they're offering.

Pros:

We stayed for my daughter's 10th birthday weekend and the front desk asked (without letting the child know) if she could have a slice of cake. We were then given at the room a piece of delicious cake with a card signed by all of the staff. This was truly exceptional and made our stay so much better!

Cons:

The pool was green and dirty and we were unable to use it
