Air went out in the middle of the night it was hot in the room we called front office and was told she would look for us another room. Lady never called back or found us another room ! Spoke with a manager on Sat and she told us to make a complaint

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and they did not mind us sitting in lobby talking. The pool was opened late so that we could enjoy it.
When I get to hotel to pay for my room, I was told we had to pay a $220 deposit. Then I was charged 3 times$565. Luckily the bank was opened and fixed my issue. Now explain it to me, how we had to pay $225 for deposit, then payaThe rooms did not have a microwave. The Marriott store was very expensive. The breakfast was ok for $25.

What I loved the most is the fact that the train station is not far from the hotel. We left our car at the station and took the train to the mercedes stadium which was less than an hour ride

The staff was amazing, all of them. If it were not for the staff, I wouldn’t have stayed because nothing else was appealing.
The rooms need a major renovation. Night two, noticed a creepy crawler. The staff tried to accommodate us immediately but seeing that really ruined my trip. The pool need to get cleaned more often.
