I appreciate Marriott quality and service.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I'm a Marrott Platinum member and appreciate Marriott quality and service. A plus was that the Hotel Shuttle left early enough for my morning flight. The room was comfortable for the short stay. Special thanks to Greta.

Overall an amazing place to stay during the weekend for attending at the nearby convention center
Pros:

The staff were very helpful when I needed to add another guest to my room, and even allowed me to check in earlier than I thought I would be able to since the room was already available and ready to go.

Pros:

Shuttle bus to the airport. Lobby with fun. Rooms clean, air clean. Service from check in to the restaurant is great. Love Cristina and a lovely girl (name?) at reception.

Thank you for the perfect welcome to town dinner
Pros:

Viktoria was an excellent server. Our food was FABULOUS. Brought out timely and served perfect.
If I had to complain about anything maybe the temperature of the restaurant was a little cold on my skin. But everything else was wonderful.
***If you order their sweet potato fries, ask for honey*** you'll thank me later

A great hotel!
Pros:

Hotel is wonderful! I stay here every time I come to Chicago, which is about 2x per year. We love the staff, the restaurant, the rooms, and amenities! A great place to stay if you want to be close to the Blue Line or airport. We love the restaurant and bar downstairs for an easy, great meal. Our server Viktoria was very kind and made our most recent restaurant visit very enjoyable:)

Pros:

Food and drinks were great! Had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. The Blueberry marg was also nice. Our serve Viktoriia was nice as well. Only complaint would be that the AC is on way too low. It was cold in the dinning area.

Cristina was magical
Pros:

Cristina was our server at Brickton and she was amazing! Her kindness and positive attitude was not lost on us. We had a truly horrible travel day the day before and she made up for it. The food was lovely but she was even more magical. 10/10 would recommend
