Check-in was super smooth, Rey was so helpful! A wonderful stay made better because of the staff.

Rey at the front desk was amazing! He is very knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Our flights got cancelled and we were stranded in Chicago until the morning. Meeting him was truly worth the trouble!

Rey went above and beyond expected service to make my stay with Marriott wonderful!

Christina did an amazing job this morning in the restaurant-it was crazy busy and short staffed and she was just awesome!

Even though the hotel is a bit far from downtown, there’s a train station close to the hotel, it’s really convenient. Reception team is great, with a special thanks to Rey, who is always supportive and smiling.

I had a great experience thanks to Cristina. She was welcoming right from the moment I walked in the restaurant and she remained attentive throughout the time.
Overall the service was outstanding and with great hospitality.

I stay at this hotel about once a year, and the staff is incredible. Cristina in the lobby restaurant always starts the day off with a smile and incredible service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers using O’Hare Airport. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. I would like to give special thanks to Viktoriia, who was our server at dinner—she was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

Stayed at Chicago O'Hare Marriott and had a great experience overall. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference.

The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for a solid workout, and the pool is phenomenal—definitely a highlight of the stay.

The only downside is the location. There’s not much within walking distance, so you’ll need to drive or Uber to get around. But aside from that, it’s a great hotel with great service, and I’d definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Chicago O’Hare for 6 days. The hotel is very well located, especially if you need quick access to the airport, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious and quiet, making it easy to relax after long days.

What really made my experience stand out was the service. The staff was consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to Cristina from the restaurant—she was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, warm attitude, and attention to detail made every meal more enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

Every month my fiance has been visiting me and we always visit this hotel! Everything is amazing, not to mention the servers! Especially Christina !! She’s AMAZING and really knows how to treat her guests. Every worker at the Marriott is amazing and makes us feel warm and welcome 🤗

This Marriott has been such a wonderful experience. Cristina, Lovely and Robert were amazing! This was a very impressionable hotel and I would highly recommend! Also the pool area is fantastic to just relax in, it’s like a warm greenhouse. Very zen. Thank you for having us, we truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully looking forward to future stays!

Nikola was our server at the hotel restaurant and provided some of the best service. He is very polite, funny and a pleasure to deal with. I hope that others who eat at the restaurant have a chance to deal worth Nikola. Also, the food was excellent as well

Fernando was a really great help! My husbands car needed a jump and as soon as I asked him he was very accommodating. He immediately grabbed the jumper box and was friendly/helpful the whole time. Thank you Fernando!!
