Marriott Chicago O’Hare

Cristina our server and Robert at Brickton for breakfast on 3/14 were INCREDIBLE! Cristina always made sure our drinks were full and our used plates were removed from the table so we had room on the table. We were here for 1 night (3/13) before our flight to Florida - Cristina and Robert made sure our breakfast was top notch! Robert came over to check on us and we ended up having the nicest conversation with him. He was so kind to our daughters as well, wishing our oldest Happy Birthday (she turned 11 the morning we had breakfast.) This is the first time I’ve brought my family here but I’ve stayed before on a work trip. We will definitely be back! This is my favorite Chicago hotel.

Clean, large rooms and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, both behind the front desk and in the restaurant.
Food was pleasant, though a little bland, but thoroughly enjoyed an omelette in the morning and a flavourful meal in the evening.
Also, specifically wanted to call out Christina who took our orders during breakfast. One morning when my colleague was feeling poorly, she was exceptionally kind, asking after her and getting her herbal tea and honey to help her feel better. Such a simple gesture, but one I want to highlight as this just added to an overall pleasant stay! Would recommend!

My son and I had a spontaneous stay here when we got stuck in the airport overnight. This was an ideal place to spend an impromptu night. The free shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes either way and it runs every 30 minutes. The hotel service overall was prompt and really polite and the room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of options and the hostess Cristina was very helpful in making sure we got our food and caught the shuttle back to the airport smoothly.

Fernando, the shuttle driver, "rescued" us after we took the wrong shuttle to a different Marriott! He was courteous, polite and very joyful. The restaurant and service was great too!

I would like to appreciate all the staff members of Marriott hotel in Chicago specially Rey, Fernando and Tony.
The hospitality which I felt during my stay is commendable. I am stranded in Chicago from almost more than 10 days because of the situation back in Doha but the way Rey is taking care of everyone is truly amazing.
Rey is a wonderful person. He is being kind, friendly and helpful. Marriott Chicago’s hotel staff is adorable and helpful.
Thank you so much for taking care of us during these difficult times and providing us the safe environment.

We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress. She was incredibly professional from the moment she greeted us, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. Her customer-oriented attitude really stood out—she checked in at just the right moments, anticipated our needs, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask.

On top of that, she was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which created such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for our table. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing great service and making guests feel valued.

Her attentiveness and positive energy made our visit feel special and truly made our day exceptional. We’re very grateful for the outstanding service and hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Hotel, itself is average but what makes the atmosphere better, their staffs. Most important assets of the hotel businesses.

Autumn was amazing, I came in from a busy day, wanted to catch up on work and family, I was a little distracted, and she was very patient, and great to talk to. Greatful for the experience. Sincerely RCS

Our server Viktoriia was awesome. The hotel was busy due to cancelled flights. We were seated quickly and immediately Viktoriia welcomed us and took our drink order. She was attentive the entire time. The food was great.

The food at the restaurants was very good and the service as well was excellent. Our server was Cristina and she was very nice and understanding. I would rate the service a 10/10, thank you so much for everything you guys have done.

My recent stay at the Marriott was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with how immaculately clean and welcoming everything was.

Upon check-in, I was greeted by Rey, who immediately offered assistance with such kindness and professionalism. At the moment, my family and I are under an enormous amount of stress because my mom has been diagnosed with cancer. We chose to book a room close to the hospital so she could receive her chemotherapy treatment tomorrow. In a time that feels overwhelming, the warmth and attentiveness we experienced here meant more than I can adequately express.

We had access to the concierge level, and the food there was absolutely perfect—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Small comforts like this are making our lives so much easier during an incredibly difficult time.

Later, when I needed a toothbrush, I went downstairs and Rey remembered my name immediately. He asked what I needed and went above and beyond to help. That level of personal care truly stood out.

I also had the chance to see the pool area, which is absolutely glorious—beautiful, clean, and relaxing. It has one of those inside outside pools where you swim underneath the bridge and then you’re outside, then you’re inside. The entire hotel feels elegant yet comforting.

We will definitely be coming back for my mom’s future treatments, and I will absolutely be staying here again. I’ve already sent many pictures to friends so they can see what a magnificent hotel this is.

Thank you for creating such a welcoming place during a time when our family needed it most.

Unusually quiet for an airport hotel. Very nice staff. Cristina in the restaurant was particularly welcoming and helpful.

Viktoriia at the Brickton was friendly and responsive, and the mushroom risotto was delicious!
