I had a fantastic experience at the Chicago Marriott. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm, professional, and extremely welcoming. Their efficiency and hospitality truly set the tone for a great stay.
A special mention to the Brickton staff, especially Ms. Christina — she was absolutely amazing. Her attentiveness, positive attitude, and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. She truly goes above and beyond for guests.
The rooms were very comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. Overall, a seamless and pleasant stay.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning soon.

Came here for a winter staycation. Heated indoor/outdoor pool was awesome. Room was just what we needed. Service was great - Rey at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Would stay here again!

Cristina ans Robert are excellent hosts at the breakfast. They made travel feel personal. Cristina went out of her way to provide special options for my meal. Robert engaged in lovely and helpful conversation.

Had dinner at the Brickton Grill at the hotel. The server, Viktoria, was friendly and efficient. The quesidillas were very good. I've stayed at this hotel 2-3 times a year for over 10 years for business reasons, and have always been impressed by the friendly staff.

Mr. Fernando did a great job. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you for your amazing service. Looking forward to come back again.

Had a great stay. Joanna at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. She was able to get my sister and I adjoining rooms for our stay. We had a blast. Such a neat experience swimming outside in Chicago during February.

We traveled from Texas to attend Capricon, and the entire hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Special shout out to Cristina and Viktoriia in the restaurant, where the food and service were excellent.

My boyfriend and I got to stay here after not being able to make our flight. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The wings for dinner were the best wings I have ever had. Bed was incredibly comfortable and Cristina was absolutely wonderful. She is the friendliest worker I have ever had the pleasure of meeting (I am being so genuine when I say that). Absolute gem. Give her a raise.

Traveling with both my disabled wife and as a caretaker for my disabled employer, Rey was instrumental in helping me get the assistance I needed immediately. Juggling 2 wheelchairs, all our luggage and room reservations is no small task, much less oarkkng, Rey made everything easy. When we needed to switch rooms to ensure we has a bathtub for medical conditions, on it like a champ. Whatever you're paying him, increase it, he'll get sniped, or promote him dsmn quick!

I'd like to recognize Rey, the front desk officer for his outstanding customer service. He was welcoming, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. After a long day of travel, his kindness truly made a difference.

Services was great , friendly and quick. The food was greatand fresh. Dessert was a joy with all great flavors. Would definitely recommend to visit.
