The restaurant staff!
This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The check in with Madison was easy. She was very professional and helpful. I had a big vehicle to park and Ray was kind enough to offer me a convienient spot for the weekend. The amenities were ample and the proximity to everything was great. I will definitely stay here again.
One of our worst travel days ever when our UAL flight to EDI was delayed from 6:40p till after midnight ( 5 delays), then cancelled. After horrendous rebooking experience and trying to get hotel info from airline, I happened to call MARRIOTT Chicago O'hare. Spoke to Phill. He was the nicest most helpful agent EVER. We stayed, he gave us a late checkout, and a nicely renovated room. Nice lunch, nice sit by pool while waiting for next attempt to fly ! Madison checked us out and was also super nice and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. They also have a park, sleep, fly rate. Thanks so much to Phill !!!
I recently had breakfast at the Marriott ohare airport.. I had the probably the best omlet for breakfast.. it was the spinach omlet with Brie cheese!and ham.. also the server Cristina was excellent..

We had an absolute standout experience! We recently had the pleasure of interacting with an incredible bellman whose name is FERNANDO who truly went above and beyond to make our layover very good and less hassle. His warm, approachable and genuine kind demeanor made us feel truly welcome. Not only he was standard with his duties but he went extra mile by driving us to various spots we wanted to go. He also gave us some recommendations on where to go and nice places to eat. Having someone knowledgeable and friendly took the stress out of getting around. He is very good at communicating, incredibly helpful and very attentive. Staff members like FERNANDO are rare and truly elevate a hotel experience. You will feel that he has passion on what he does . We are lucky enough to have meet him during our layover here in Marriott Chicago O’Hare. Thank you so much!

We had our VROB ghost us day of and were driving into Chicago late from Minneapolis. I had two kids and nowhere to stay. Phil was so helpful and got us the last room available and helped with another issue we had while trying to book with Expedia. The next day Josh continued to be helpful and made sure I had the correct documentation I needed to get reimbursed from VROB. The swimming pool was very nice and we had a lovely visit!
