Great location right off blue line and close to trails and airport.
No breakfast provided for free with hotel costing a substantial rate. Only option was over $20 buffet.

Great hotel. The room was impeccable and I slept like a baby. I stayed here only for one night, because I had a long layover. The front desk agent, Ulises, was really helpful in answering our questions. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport is super convenient as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a longer layover, especially because Ohare Airport doesn't have chairs where you can stretch your legs or lie down.

We are in our 70s, we had a very long walk from elevator to our room. You would the think front desk staff would pay more attention to assigning location of rooms to elderly travelers
Couple we were traveling with heard kids screaming in adjacent room and saw them jumping on the beds. Turns out a group of moms were down in the bar drinking and not supervising kids. An ice hockey team from Michigan
I really liked the friendliness of staff and help desk. They were very helpful and made sure we have all we need to have enjoyable stay. 5 stars
I would like you guys to bring back the jacuzzi everything else was great !

Close to airport and shuttle service. Fast check in.
Cleaneless of the room. The wall has a big stain; towels were old and night table drawer has still food /trash from previous guest. The beds were small even was advertise as a queen beds. Overall, my main concern is the room was not what I was expected from the hotel chain. This side of the hotel has old rooms need to be renovated and paid more attention of room service for future guest.
The accommodations and the generosity of Mr. Roberts and the staff while dinning.
The bathroom needs to be updated in the rooms. And housekeeping need to check everything before leaving. Dirty towels were folded in the shower.
