A peaceful place to labor
Pros:

My daughter was in early labor so the hospital sent us home until she was ready to have the baby. We decided to come to the Marriott. Jeff was at the desk and greeted us with a huge smile. He was very kind and understanding. Jeff made sure we got what we needed to have the most peaceful stay. He was kind, patient, helpful and an overall pleasant experience after a rough day.

Pros:

I stayed at the Indianapolis Marriott East Hotel. I was here a few years ago. There was a gentleman named Jeff BOBBITT he was great I remembered him made an impression I booked a hotel room this time had troubles I called spoke to Jeff. He took care of me made sure everything was great. Went above and beyond great customer experience this man takes pride and his customer service.

Pleasant welcoming!
Pros:

I walked into the hotel that was really busy, clean and everyone was enjoying a dinner. When I went to check in, I was greeted by the most pleasant concierge- Jeff. He made sure to explain to me about the parking pass and how to find my room (it’s connected to the convention center). Room is newly remodeled and very clean! Will stay here again

Welcoming Greeting
Pros:

Checking in at the front desk, being greeted was an awesome uplifting experience. Jeff welcomed us found a great room and sang Happy Birthday with the individuals in the lobby. It was a highlight of our trip.
