I stayed at the Indianapolis Marriott East Hotel. I was here a few years ago. There was a gentleman named Jeff BOBBITT he was great I remembered him made an impression I booked a hotel room this time had troubles I called spoke to Jeff. He took care of me made sure everything was great. Went above and beyond great customer experience this man takes pride and his customer service.
I walked into the hotel that was really busy, clean and everyone was enjoying a dinner. When I went to check in, I was greeted by the most pleasant concierge- Jeff. He made sure to explain to me about the parking pass and how to find my room (it’s connected to the convention center). Room is newly remodeled and very clean! Will stay here again

Checking in at the front desk, being greeted was an awesome uplifting experience. Jeff welcomed us found a great room and sang Happy Birthday with the individuals in the lobby. It was a highlight of our trip.
When Jeff is here have no fear. He is the reason why we had such a great trip. He made all of us laugh and he was so nice and he was so helpful too. Just find Jeff and talk to him when you get here.

I was fortunate to have Jeff Bobbitt registering me and get me all settled with my room and I stay and had to navigate the hotel which is under some great renovations. He’s a great experience manager, and I stay benefited from his help.
Not only is this hotel clean, quite and beautiful, Jeff Bobbitt is the best hospitality man in the business!
Stayed a week for a conference. At the beginning of the week there was a lot of construction but by Wednesday the lobby had opened up and was an open and comfortable place to hang out. The room was clean and had enough space to spread out and do work or relax. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I want to provide kudos to the service personnel at the hotel, especially Jeff Bobbitt. He has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home in the hotel. He deserves 10+ stars for his service! I also want to highlight Tonie, the GM who has done an excellent job as well!
I can attest to the Jeff Bobbitt commitment to guests. Hotel is under renovations, but he made sure to try to make the experience as hospitable as possible.
Jeff Bobbitt will take care of you. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay. He and the staff made sure we were taken care of despite the difficulties associated with a large conference and the on going construction.
Jeff Bobbitt is the GOAT. I had an issue with my reservation being booked at the wrong location and he hooked me up big time by helping me fix it!! Very kind, sweet and on top of everything.
The gentleman who did the check in was very pleasant, not just to me, but to everyone he was assisting. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I know some renovations were taking place, but the elevator we used was a tight fit and did not have a great smell. The service at the bar was not up to standards. There were three bartenders between the bar and the tables and everyone around us had drinks before we sat down. We were greeted and ordered 2 beers on tap. The bartender put cups out to pour them and then wandered off without pouring them for about ten minutes. Once were finished, we waited another for 15 minutes before we could get one of the other bartenders to even come to the our end of the bar to order a second drink. It was just unsatisfactory. I would have preferred breakfast to be included in the price, but it wasn’t a deal breaker; we just dined at another different restaurant.
We were staying at the Marriott Indianapolis East. Our car axle broke driving back from Vermont to Arizona and we got stranded here in Indiana. We chose this hotel to have our stay and when I tell you that this Marriott staff is the most genuine sweet and caring staff we have ever encountered while staying ANYWHERE i am being 110 percent honest. Torrell ( i hope i am not butchering the spelling) he works in the night crew and he has been God sent. He is beyond thoughtful and kind and he has made my son, my mother and me feel beyond blessed by his gratuity and kindness towards us. We are more than grateful and appreciative. And to Miss Angela we thank you for welcoming us when we first arrived and showing us nothing but kind and caring acts. You are very sweet and considerate we appreciate everything and everyone here at Marriot Indianapolis East. Thank you both for making our stay here delightful and remembering.
