This hotel was simply a great experience. The place was clean, attractive, and well kept up, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were briskly clean and quiet, the bathroom clean and well-functioning, the AC effective, and the pool was clear and fresh. The hallways were even bright with clean carpet, Lastly, the breakfast was “one of the best ever,” according to my daughter. Simply a place where we’d return in a heartbeat!
Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful and restful stay. It is a huge conference center with multiple enormous conference/function rooms and hosts events of hundreds of people. I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel where a very large conference took place. The whole hotel was as busy as Atlanta airport over the Thanksgiving week. On Saturday night there was a function with a DJ that went on until 1.00am with very loud music I could hear and feel on the 3rd floor, with guests returning to their rooms until 2.00am. I did not sleep until 2.30am.
When I spoke to the front desk, no explanation, no "what can we do to make this better for you" - nothing. The couldn't care less.
On the positive side, as an Elite they gave me breakfast vouchers for the weekend, and the room was clean and recently updated. Unless you are staying here for a conference DO NOT STAY HERE, you will be sorely disappointed and if there is a weekend conference you won't sleep until 2.30am if there is music that can be heard all throughout the hotel.
Stay somewhere else, please.
For starters the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was phenomenal! The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable for a hotel (I’m a bit of a bed snob). I can’t thank Mr. Miguel Gutierrez enough for the all the help and the last second reservations at 11 o’clock at night when our previous hotel was nothing as pictured. Breakfast was good and the wait staff was awesome and incredibly kind! 10/10 would stay here again!
Quite,clean,wonderful staff
I like the location
Housekeeping, had to move and both rooms were dirty.
Your staff was great and wonderful
I had to pay $20 for my breakfast and my wife couldn't eat it's supposed to be the breakfast supposed to been free
Very clean and e regime was super friendly!
Getting woke up at 3 or 4am by a security man saying I was too loud when I was asleep.
The hotel itself is OK
This hotel normally does not provide invoices to guests who booked the rooms through a third party (like booking.com). When I left the hotel it was not possible to get the invoice and during this discussion the person at the front desk got a little bit unfriendly. Finally I went to a meeting with a customer and afterwards I went back to the hotel. Then the manager was also at the front desk and I got the invoice. Service is something different.
I was there with a co-worker, 2 people, 2 rooms, 1 car. The hotel charged $10 parking fee per room and per night without any information in adavance. I saw it later when I got an email receipt for this and on the credit card statement. No further comment
Comfortable and clean nice pool. Great location
Nothing
First things first don’t get put in the back tower with a room facing the interstates unless one is able to put up with traffic noise. The room we had was odd. A spacious living/bed area and a small bath and shower where it was hard to maneuver. A lot of wasted space and the owners should be asking for their $$$ back from the designer. Garbage cans had not been emptied and halls needed vaccumed. Way too much wasted space in this place. Security can be improved.
It was clean, easy to get to
Needs some updating
The room was recently renovated and clean.
The location was rough. Parking was terrible. And being in a room in the far tower of the hotel and having to constantly walk through a conference was awkward.
