Die gute Kommunikation, auch schon vor ab per WhatsApp.
Die gute Lage, nahe des Parkes Tineretului mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, wie zB die sehr gute Pizzeria Firenze und der Haltestelle M2, mit der man überall sehr gut hinkommt.
Zimmer war sauber und schön gestaltet.
Es gab alles, was man braucht, zB sehr großer Kühlschrank, Föhn, Heizung, Handtücher (die allerdings in den drei Tagen nicht ausgetauscht wurden), WLAN (manchmal sehr langsam, warmes Wasser hatte man auch, wenn man etwas länger gewartet hat.
Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Man hat uns 2mal Schokocroissants gebracht, die wir dann gefrühstückt haben.
Parkplätze waren in der Nähe vorhanden.

What you see in the photo is all I could see of this "Hotel". I searched through the Booking app for 3 nights of accommodation at a hotel, relatively centrally located, with free breakfast and parking options. I had the bad inspiration to choose this hotel that claims to offer an excellent breakfast. AFTER I paid for the room, I received a message asking if I would arrive after 2:00 PM and was informed that breakfast only consisted of a croissant and coffee. I sent that I would arrive after 2:00 PM but at the same time I requested the cancellation of the reservation on the grounds that the breakfast did not meet our needs and I wanted to book something else. I do not eat pastries or drink coffee. The breakfast is actually a trick by which the owner misleads customers, promising a service that he does not actually offer. Seeing that the owner does not respond in the app, I tried to contact him by phone. He sent a reply message that he would respond to the request within the legal 12-hour period. The owner did not respond to the request to cancel the reservation until a few hours later, during which we continued our journey to Bucharest from the opposite end of the country. He later rejected the request for free cancellation. When we arrived at the location, the gate was locked, I called the phone and he did not answer, I called the intercom and he came out to the door of the property, somewhere beyond the metal gate. The owner was very recalcitrant, he told me that the check-in deadline was 8:00 PM and simply refused to open it. Finally, I had to contact Booking customer service and they told me that they were refunding my reservation costs because the owner had overbooked. There should be no such thing in the hotel industry, it is a lack of common sense and an abuse. If you read other negative reviews you will realize that this is the modus operandi of an aggressive owner who is scandalized and takes advantage of customers.
The hotel was conveniently located- close to local amenities. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and made the stay very pleasant. They were also very helpful in accommodating an early check in. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Este situată intr-o locatie buna, staff-ul este ospitalier, iar camera este curata.
Mi-a plăcut în special camerele spațioase elegant mobilate și: liniște deplină, cald și apa fierbinte pentru duș, spațiu de parcare pe stradă, fără restricții de parcări private, aproape de o stație de metrou și parc la câteva sute de metri.

Rimane a circa 20/30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.
Abbastanza pulito.
Essendo una boutique accommodation ci saremmo aspettati più di due croissant confezionati e caffè solubile a colazione.
