False advertising, false billing, freezing room in winter, broken heating! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Pros:

Clean room, good location.

Cons:

Charged false charges for "telecomm" when I didn't use the internet, TV, or the room phone (which did not work). Charged for parking, when parking was free and plentiful.
Outdoor temperature was 30F, the room was blasting air conditioning, temperature control did not work, even after a visit from engineering. Room was freezing the entire night. No extra blankets provided. Used every blanket from both beds, wore all my clothes, and still spent the night freezing.

Location was fine. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Other guests were very noisy. Very small refrigerator in room, no microwave, bathroom too small, toilet was in the way of the sink. And obvoisly floor wasn't vacuumed as I found m&ms on the floor in the room.

Pros:

Hard to acknowledge the likes when the cost was over the top.

Cons:

The cost was well beyond my expectation,, charging for parking and wifi. You might thing at $240.00 for the room the other pieces might come along with it.

Must appreciate Ms. Brisa Latin , Front desk Supervisor. She was professional and well behaved.
Pros:

Room was good , need to work on menu of Food - this should have asian food also , option for dinner is very less

Pros:

Just ok hotel. Rooms are clean however outdated. Faucet not working well, however over all basic and ok. Rooms are small and functional.
