Convenient, comfortable hotel option right off of I-90
Pros:

Great location right off the highway, with a full suite of amenities and clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and accommodating to a late check-in. Everything was easy and fully met our expectations.

Cons:

I had trouble accessing the WiFi, but otherwise I don't have any notes.

In "Sprite" of the Missing Soda, a Fantastic Stay!
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a work event. Staff was very friendly, especially the Managers at the desk, Nick and Dawson I think their names were? I was a bit upset that you didn't have any sprite, as thats my favorite soda, but was told an interesting story about marriott that made up for it.

Hotel with good essential amenities
Pros:

We stayed here for a night while we were in town, and this hotel had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, working amenities, and friendly staff. We weren't here long enough to take advantage of additional services, but we were satisfied with everything. Our room was clean and it wasn't too noisy, which we appreciated - some hotels get very noisy. The hotel is conveniently located only ~20 minutes outside of Boston, so it's a good location if you want to be near Boston but don't want to pay Boston prices. Plenty of parking as well.

Below average customer service due to the largest hotel chain
Marriott=. Ritz Carlton Marriotts, St Regis etc, Bonvoy etc

such as it is ... takes hours to speak to the front desk.

Good hotel rooms especially if you can get one facing the river. The room was clean and basic, parking was easy, and location was great.

False advertising, false billing, freezing room in winter, broken heating! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Clean room, good location.

Cons:

Charged false charges for "telecomm" when I didn't use the internet, TV, or the room phone (which did not work). Charged for parking, when parking was free and plentiful.
Outdoor temperature was 30F, the room was blasting air conditioning, temperature control did not work, even after a visit from engineering. Room was freezing the entire night. No extra blankets provided. Used every blanket from both beds, wore all my clothes, and still spent the night freezing.
