👍
The service was really disappointing. Breakfast took over 40 minutes, and I wasn’t even able to eat it because it never arrived and I had to leave, even though it had already been paid for. The front desk staff were not helpful or service-oriented either. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.
Limpio , personal amable , room service exc
Hotel location and room were great! Very spacious and hotel staff were great! Parking onsite for vehicles u see 6’4” only. It is cheaper to reserve room with parking rather than pay after and can come and go as you please with the parking package.
The three stars relates to the onsite restaurant, Bridge 22. What a mess. We arrived at 11:30am, there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. They had switched from breakfast to lunch. Service took forever, food took forever and the waitress dropped the check when she dropped our plates to the table. I ordered a flatbread pizza, which arrived half cooked the cheese was melted, not baked. Cappacino was not a cappacino. Try next door at MGM similar priced options that are worth it.
There is a fridge with no freezer component in the room and no microwave, there is a single cup coffee maker, with coffee provided. There is a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, however their hours vary.
Again, hotel great, restaurant terrible.
De gym!! Prachtig mooi en heel ruim. Kamers waren ook ruim en netjes.
Springfield zelf viel erg tegen. Dus de accommodatie zelf is prima, maar er is naast de Basketball of Fame echt niets te doen daar in de buurt.
Location
Overall Cleanliness and condition of the room
I loved how close the location was to the train station. Also the pool stayed open until 10pm which was great. Visiting from New York this hotel is in my list to return.
Parking was very convenient but cost $20 per day
Paying for parking
It was a great location! Right in downtown, but also very close to connecting highways.
Very clean, comfortable in the staff was amazing
Great location, nice shower, clean room and friendly, helpful staff
The room had kind.of a funny odor. Not terrible, just a stuffy, stale smell. My reservation said it included breakfast but it did not. I do wish there was complimentary coffee available for guests in the lobby.
Clean, spacious
Parking machine was blocked when we arrived. Espresso cost 4 dollars!
Good location.
The dining room was under staffed. Dinner and breakfast was a 2 hour commitment and we nearly missed our daughter’s graduation. The server forgot my husband’ s chowder.
Avoid this hotel!! We were charged for a room that we NEVER BOOKED, NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR, NEVER WANTED, NEVER NEEDED and NEVER KNEW EXISTED until we arrived home and saw we were charged for 2 rooms. When we arrived we were handed the keys to 1 room. Because we didn’t book a second room so IF in the system there was another reservation WHY wouldn’t they have said how about your second room!! Getting a hold of the manager took 2 days. We have receipts for everything that we booked and not in any of that was a 2nd room. This is a giant scam for a weekend wedding we were attending and the prices were OUTRAGEOUS or we wouldn’t even be complaining. But $300 plus is a LOT for our family. I would be very careful when booking and i will NEVER stay at a Marriot again. When they do the right thing I’ll update my reviews but until then stay away from this hotel.
