Температурата около басейна беше ниска, постоянно влизаше студен въздух през люка за връзка с външния басейн и беше изключително неприятно когато излезеш от басейна . Не се допускат деца в спа зоната, където беше единственото топло място.......

Great accommodation. We’re visiting the hotel almost every year and I can say this is one of the best Spa hotels in Bulgaria. Usually with the time hotels lower their cleanliness and services, but I can say this hotel keeps a very high level and I consider it 5-star hotel, compared to other hotels categorized as 5-star, but are actually worth 3+ or 4-star. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms (even the cheapest ones), warm floor in the bathrooms and warm in rooms in general. Well maintained. Housekeeping staff is very good and they keep the hygiene on a very high level. Complimentary water, mini bar at reasonable price. Excellent children area in separate building (100m from the main entrance). Spa center is big, warm and calm. Despite the numerous rooms, spa never felt crowded and I managed to take rest all 4 days of my stay. The indoor pool has a direct in water connection with the outside pool and they’re both heated. Excellent breakfast, some people complain from the dinner, but I can confirm there are a lot of things available for dinner and the food is delicious. Wonderful place, worth the price.

Cons:

A bit poor Wi-Fi signal in our room because it was at the end of the corridor and the TV did not have Netlfilx app (also unable to access Google Store to download the app. Minor things that don’t make difference.
Maybe a bit more servers at dinner time would not be bad, but don’t get me wrong - the service is not bad.
