Pros:

Спа центърът и чистотата в стаята и хотела.

Cons:

Обслужването от сервитьорите в ресторанта е под всякаква критика. Ако искаш да поръчаш нещо е почти насила, а след това са още по-сърдити и неоткриваеми. Може би разчитат, че като хората се хранят на блок маса нямат нужда от нищо допълнително.

Много сме доволни от престоя вече за трети път.
Pros:

Всичко е супер-хотела,храната,персоналът.Хубаво е,че разширяват и допълват базата с аквапарк и детски център извън хотела-така има забавления и за по-големите деца,но навън усещането е за строителна площадка,дори като погледнеш през прозореца-само строежи…Усеща се леко претъпкано на моменти,но басейните са страхотни,защото водата е много топла и навън,и вътре. Фитнесът също е добър-има достатъчно уреди. Стаите са просторни и симпатични.Храната е вкусна и доста разбообразна.Персоналът е мил и услужлив.
