Cons:

Экономия. Раздача еды , очередь к раздаче, 2 полотенца на бассейны хотя семья из четверых (добавочные за плату), питье даже вода на ужин платная , цены не маленькие хотя гостиница уже подуставшая и требует реновации.

Басейните са хубави! Сауната, парната баня, студената стая и др. са супер. Има безплатен паркинг! Всичко за деца е отлично направено! Храната е вкусна. Природата е изключително красива!

Cons:

Няма бебешка храна! Месото за жалост не беше приготвено добре в повечето дни от нашия престой. Няма рампи за колички на места и е малко неудобно, ако си сам. Тоалетните принадлежности можеше да са повече и по-хубави. Напитките на вечеря се заплащат. Водата в басейните не е особено топла.

Хороший семейный отель с просторными номерами, приятным SPA и отличной Детской республикой, но хотелось бы больше возмож
Pros:

Хороший SPA-комплекс и отличная детская республика. Просторные и чистые номера, приятная территория. Еда в целом понравилась, выбор блюд неплохой. Отель хорошо подходит для семейного отдыха с детьми.

Cons:

Главный минус для семей с детьми — основная детская площадка находится на территории Детской республики, отдельно от отеля, и закрывается уже в 20:00. В результате вечером детям практически негде погулять и поиграть, хотя на территории отеля для этого вполне можно было бы организовать пространство.

Было бы замечательно продлить время работы детской комнаты и площадки в Детской республике хотя бы для постояльцев отеля. Детская площадка непосредственно возле отеля вечером даже не освещается, поэтому пользоваться ею после наступления темноты практически невозможно.

Также не очень понравилась организация питания в ресторане. Основные блюда гостям накладывает персонал, самостоятельно выбрать и положить себе желаемую порцию нельзя. Из-за этого формат питания немного напоминает столовую. Было бы гораздо приятнее, если бы основные блюда, как и остальная часть шведского стола, гости могли выбирать самостоятельно.

Pros:

The kids area and pools were great. Location is nice.
Breakfast is good .

Cons:

Room 106 smelled terrible. We complained few times and Even though personal came few times and did nothing and even told us it's not true . This was by far the worst thing

All other things are a bit minor :
Dinner was not good for my taste .
Too many people and feels like a school cafeteria and not hotel.
At dinner there is no water or drinks even if you have half board .
Over all for this price I would have chosen another hotel.
