Because of your screw up I had to suffer and be put in a position I couldn't have been put through!
Cons:

Madebreservations, when arrived they said the were booked and had no room for me. I asked for help, where I received non! Asked to heelp find another room since it was almost midnight.
When I found another hotel, I asked if they could use there vans and get me to the other hotel since they would not honor my reservation
They told me NO!! I would have to find some other means of transportation. That's when I got a little heated and raised my voice, because they wouldn't even try to help.

Did not stay afte 2.5 hours and fighting with booking finally got a refund to stay elsewhere around 1 am

They had a there system go down which was fine but after 2 hours of waiting in line several people being denied room or being sent to rooms with people already them then being told if you booked through a third party like booking contact them it’s not there problem no manger on staff and left 2 young rude kids to deal with hundreds of pissed off people
