Close to the mall
No parking fee, close to MOA and shuttle
Bed was comfortable
No empathy for a flight that arrived late so we missed the last shuttle. They knew we were coming too. I understand it may have been impossible to arrange, but we felt a bit like a number. A warm cookie doesn’t fix bored staff.

Great Staff - the Barman was amazing. The Front Desk was very helpful. The rooms exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the hotel for a stay of any purpose. The Meal at the pub was incredible. Well done!

Cost in bar but where isn’t it$$$ also if you would make it cheaper for parking there on a parking and fly more people would probably stay there. Also I parked offsite but stayed on your site accidentally thinking it was the same place but was half the cost to park there.
Excessively reduced shuttle service to the airport. We arrived and had to wait an hour to be dropped off at the airport so we took an uber instead. We definitely are not returning to park here. Also further away from the airport than most other places at least 20 minutes.

There were two bottles of water, label free for Hilton Members. After our stay a change was added to our credit card for that water.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk people were outstanding. I returned a rental car and called for the shuttle. I waited about 30 minutes and called again. Front desk guy was outstanding. He sent the shuttle back to get me.
Having to wait totally about an hour for a shuttle. I had a long day and was tired and impatient. However, the front desk person was super.
Staff was VERY helpful - cookies were a nice touch - in-room coffee was good
