2泊したのですが、部屋のクリーニングをしてくれませんでした。
朝、清掃の人が来てくれてのですが、まだ準備していたので、「後で来てください」として、クリーニングのドアプレートもしていたのに、来てなかったです。
受付スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、残念です

The exterior and hallways were dark, dirty/stained heaters, drapery, carpet and walls. Lighting was harsh and dim for a night arrival. We did not feel safe in the back parking lot. Inside the room was clean but with torn carpeting, a broken TV and broken phone, moldy grout in the shower.
Very poor quality for the Hilton brand. The staff were nice and attentive but there is no way anyone checked our room before allowing us to check in The bathroom was terrible. The tub was full of debris and dirt. Refer to picture. Unacceptable to allow us to check in this room.
The location was very close to Mall of America and other entertainments that the city had to offer. Made it very convenient to traverse even during winter.
The bathroom in our room 2008 was gross and toilet was stain with residue in the toilet bowl. It wasn’t clean and our showers was clog up from previous tenants hair in the drainage making the shower floor over flowing with disgusting water.
Clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Booked this hotel for its location near the mall, and with Hilton Diamond status, my expectations are based on what I've experienced in similar properties. Checked in near midnight, no cookies offered. Room in good shape, television a little low on a dresser, but room comfortable overall. Hotel is very large - information says 475 rooms.
Used the restaurant for breakfast on Friday morning around 9am, sat at one of only two clean tables, every other table had dirty dishes or were not set. Every interaction required us to wave down a server - to get a menu, to place an order, to get the check. Breakfast took at least 75 minutes, probably longer.
Returned to the hotel about midnight that night. We used the hotel bar and our ticket was signed at close, 1am. Returned to the room. Maid had replaced towels and the in-room coffee; but did not make the bed, replace water bottles.
Next morning, knew we didn't have time to eat in the restaurant, and as I rarely have had problems with a bill on checkout, and I didn't want to wait in the line at reception, just dropped the key and checked out in the app.
When I received the bill, I realized I was only credited 1/4 of the Diamond benefit for the hotel. I contacted the hotel and was reimbursed for only another 1/4 of the benefit, so I did not receive half of the benefit entitled.
I have learned you have to make sure your companion is registered with name, and I was told the bill in the bar was not eligible for the next day, even though it occurred on the next day.
The staff were very friendly, even though they obviously were overworked and understaffed. I will not stay at this property again.
My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for many years regularly. When it switched from a Marriott property to a Hilton a couple years ago, we were a bit concerned. We didn’t need to be. The staff are so warm and welcoming from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk (shout out to Alexandra, and Alex), and everyone in between. This is a very convenient location if you’re catching a flight or going to the Mall of America. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff take great pride in their hotel. We have numerous oncoming stays, and we know that we will always come away satisfied. We truly believe this hotel is a gem…and the cookies are great!
