Want a refund and I’ll go directly through the hotel next time
Pros:

Nothing with your site and staff

Cons:

I got the completely wrong room two beds instead of one. I didn’t get the view I purchased along with the view. When I called booking.com the staff didn’t speak English and didnt help at all. Never booking with you again!!

Absolutely terrible and unresponsive hotel front desk staff. While I received email notification that extra towels and feather pillow would be in my room, it took five request over 8 hours and then I had to personally go down to the lobby and wait for items to be delivered Reed to the front desk, which I then had to carry up. Notified front desk that toilet continually ran but no one ever came to fix.

Very welcoming, kind and efficient in helping stranded travelers in the midst of a snow emergency.
Pros:

I am answering for a colleague we booked there for 2 days to wait out the snow. He liked the property, enjoyed talking with the excellent and kind housekeeping staff. The management was very responsive on the phone and helped explain how to add a day through booking.com and to easily provide a credit card to cover his incidentals so he could enjoy the good food and pleasant eating at the hotel. The concierge crewed helped guide us to find the best transport option to get him to his home in a rural area over a hundred miles away. They made his stay pleasant, and helped us help him in the middle of this huge snow emergency.

All good.

Pros:

Beds were terrible. With the indentation in the middle felt like a 20 year mattress. Also hurt my back.

Cons:

The bed were so uncomfortable felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood and very overpriced. 272.00 dollars for one night is very overpriced and no help on price with the staff.

Great place to stay for early morning flights out of Kansas City!

Excellent, terrific quality hotel.
Pros:
