Most of our stay was good. The rooms wasn't ready when we arrived. The driver that picked us up from the airport wasn't helpful at all; in fact he act as he didn't want to help at all. The rooms have a smell to them...

Amazing location and very friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are very clean. However, the bedding felt stiff and not very comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress is not comfortable at all.

Great location- across from Central Park. spacious rooms, good customer service.
The AC was loud. The first night we got there, we asked for extra sheets, we were told they were short staffed they would eventually bring the sheets, but no one ever came. I’d recommend if you need extra blankets, bedsheets or towels, request them early morning.

The check-in experience was great.

Need improvement:
Rooms need serious upgrades. The bedding for the sofa bed was like sand paper. The breakfast menu was limited, quality was average and price was high. In general, this is not what we were expecting from a hotel like J.W. Marriot.

The customer service was excellent. The king room was quite small and the hotel upgraded us to a much larger room with double beds on a higher floor. I would recommend booking the double rooms on a higher floor. The double rooms on the lower floors did not have much natural light.

Magnolia bakery around the block

Friendly and accomidating staff...
Our room had a nice view of the city and a side view of Central Park...

I would stay again and surely recommend anyone to try a stay here...
