Pros:

The pool, the comfy bed, the food, the atmosphere.

Cons:

A waiter misunderstood a food order & tried to argue about it. He relented & made the correction. A bit embarrassing.

sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung, der dazugehörige Parkplatz, die Zimmereinrichtung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Betten waren sehr gut und alles Wichtige war da. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut

Unser Zimmer ging in einen Innenhof, dort ging die ganze Nacht hindurch immer wieder eine Lüftung an; die Chefin könnte ein bisschen charmanter sein; beim WC musste man öfter spülen, damit das Papier ganz weg ging

Das Zimmer müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Das Zimmer soll österreichischen Charme haben, aber leider wirkt es nur abgewohnt. .

Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Nichts, war früher hier sehr oft, aber Die Zeiten ändern sich wohl

Das Zimmer war stickig, vor dem Fenster arbeitete die Klimaanlage der Küche ( sehr laut) Elektrokabel ohne Lampe kamen aus der Wand , es gab kein Wasser oder Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer….

Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen

Der kleine Pool war ganz nett und das Restaurant und der historische Scharm der Anlage.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, nicht mal Wasser auf dem Zimmer bei 37 Grad und jaum zu lüften. Recht abgwohnt und durch den Struktutputz waren die Wände recht schmutzig grau, weil sich der Staub ablagert.

Prima hotel voor een overnachting dicht bij snelweg
Pros:

Goede ligging voor tussenstop op vakantie. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten en goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Erg warme kamers wanneer je midden in de zomer er bent. Geen airco of ventilatie.

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut um in der näheren Umgebung Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Mit der S-Bahn, deren Stationen in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hotels waren, kommt man gut nach Heidelberg oder Richtung Weinheim.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war hervorragend.

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, sia per la vicinanza al centro che all'autostrada. Il parcheggio incluso è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Molto bella anche la piscina, ben organizzata e curata, ideale per rilassarsi.

Il personale è stato generalmente gentile e disponibile, in particolare una delle receptionist si è dimostrata molto cortese e professionale. Con un'altra receptionist, invece, la mia esperienza è stata meno positiva, lo descrivo nella prossima sezione.
Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma una maggiore attenzione alla gestione delle comunicazioni con gli ospiti avrebbe reso l'esperienza ancora migliore.

Cons:

La camera era sprovvista di aria condizionata e, durante il soggiorno, la temperatura era piuttosto elevata. Per cercare di rinfrescare l'ambiente è stato necessario tenere la finestra aperta, ma la vicinanza alla strada e alla linea del tram ha reso difficile riposare a causa del rumore continuo del traffico e dei tram.

Inoltre, l'esperienza con una delle receptionist non è stata delle migliori. Avevo comunicato tramite Booking il mio arrivo intorno alle 11:00, dopo un viaggio di circa 10 ore, e avevo ricevuto conferma della comunicazione. Nonostante ciò, mi è stato comunque richiesto di attendere fino alle 14:00 per effettuare il check-in, senza particolare disponibilità o attenzione alla situazione.
