Hilton do BETTER!
Pros:

I am writing this review and I am still in the room. The smell is awful …so bad. I went to the local Wegmans to get a can of Lysol… I’ve sprayed half the can, and probably given myself some type of lung disorder-and it’s still smells awful. Hilton you have to do better.

Delightful
Pros:

What a delightful property with great rooms and wonderful staff. We were attending a PEO conference and enjoyed a fabulous meal that was best short ribs I've ever had bar none. The staff at this property all seemed engaged and happy as well as professional indicating a healthy and active management presence. The breakfast buffet was simply wonderful with chef and server both very friendly and helpful. Absolute pleasurable experience from start to finish!

A $40 cab fare to this "airport hotel" if shuttle isn't running
Pros:

The hotel was okay, and the staff were very nice, but the airport shuttle does not run after about 11. It's not really an airport hotel, although Google Maps called it one. It's about 20+ minutes away around a long looping highway. If you have to take a cab, as I did, it will cost you $40.

Comfortable beds and great ac.
Pros:

Great ac, beds very comfortable.

Cons:

Coffee maker broken, no fan in bath room, very far walk to elevators. Thought we would get CVMA discount, surprise only on 4 day booking. Would have done more research if I had know it. I was told yes.

Venían en las mañanas y solo sacaban la basura y cambiaban las toallas por otras más viejas

Pros:

the breakfast was ok, location too

Cons:

it was very dirty; the bathroom had extremely filthy corners, the bathtub was filthy..the sheets were dingy. there was no fan inthe bathroom, and the mirrors remained fogged up for a long time after a shower.

Other than the heat problem everything else was fine.
Pros:

good

Cons:

When I arrived the heat wasn't working. The heat worked on and off for 3 days. The heater ran constantly blowing cold air for the first 3 nights. Zachary Caza was made aware of the problem. Overall was good
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were nice
Breakfast was amazing
Check in and out were easy

Cons:

Security deposit charged to me without knowing. Room and elevator were so far away. Bed was not very comfortable

short but sweet
Pros:

Doubletree was a port in the storm. Our flight was delayed, then cancelled. So we were 10pm at the airport looking for a place to stay. The shuttle was wonderful, the drivers were so helpful too!

Pros:

I liked the pool, the breakfast was great . The staff were very friendly as well.

Cons:

The doors do not shut lock unless you push it super hard. the ac are no good you have to constantly fight with the thermostat if you want the AC rarely any cold air comes out, I like the breakfast however I don’t like the staff constantly following people around as if they were doing something I wasnt supposed to be. I asked for a cup the staff said I could use it for fruit,I did. Then I asked for a cup for juice and it was like she did not want to give me another one. Also my 3 year old put soap on her body and it completely burned her, very horrific experience as a mom. Overall I don’t think I will be going back.
