It was a rough stay
Pros:

We had to switch rooms. Because the door did not lock. Which is ok. The ac in the new room dint turn off I tried to turn it it off it was so cold in the room everyone woke up with a sore throat. When I booked the hotel it said complimentary breakfast. I was told no by the lady in front of desk. I didn’t get her name but she was so mean to me when I asked it was embarrassing.

Other than the 1 staff member it was great

There were some wild/loud guests and the smell of weed in the elevators and hall and I said something to the staff and she said “I don’t care”

Pros:

Iam extremely disappointed with my stay atDouble tree Hilton. I booked and paid for two rooms in advance. However, upon arrival, the hotel charged me extra for a room I had already covered.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff and showed them my proof of payment and booking confirmation, they completely refused to help me or resolve the issue. The lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. I am now forced to dispute this unauthorized charge with my bank. Do not stay here unless you want to be double-charged and ignored."
