Wonderful stay for a great price!
Pros:

Well lit parking lot, comfy, clean rooms, quiet, modern tv options. At check in we were given warm chocolate chip cookies. Nice touch for those just getting off the road!

Cons:

Coffee in room wasn’t good, only 1 regular coffee pod and two creamers. I know there’s a bistro downstairs but we had been on the road for days and there was a big conference downstairs. We just wanted to drink coffee in the room.

Was promised free breakfast, never got it...no microwave in room..Refrigerator barely cooled...room ...the ceiling was falling in and all baseboards were nasty

we were not allowed to check in due to the property being 21+ however that was not specified anywhere during the booking process and we have still not been issued a refund despite paying ahead of time

Stay was very intimate and relaxing. I enjoyed all of the amenities and staff was exceptional.
Pros:

I enjoyed the amenities that were provided at the hotel. I loved how I didn’t have to leave the hotel too much because everything was at my convenience.

Cons:

Pool water seemed foggy. Not sure if it needed to be clean but all in all it was enjoyable.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel because of the staff. They have set the standard for hospitality. I have seen this hotel change owners three times, yet they always do a great job. Perhaps I am biased."

Pros:

The 2 queen bed room was spacious. Staff were helpful in check in and out process. Hotel is huge. Nice gym and hot tub.

Cons:

The outlet in my room for the coffee machine was not working. Also thermostat is very difficult to use. It changed the heat to 74 in the middle of the night. Too many kids playing hockey in the halls. Breakfast buffet is a joke. $20 and only a few items.

was only there for 5 hours.
Cons:

The only reason I stayed there was they were supposed to have airport shuttle service every 1/2 an hour. When I got there 10pm I was informed that they no longer provide this.

Pros:

The breakfast was good but pricey.The rooms were spacious and the shower stayed hot.Temperature was easy to control in the room.

Cons:

There were very young children in the pool area shooting water guns and using the hot tub like it was a pool.Jumping in and out and splashing the other guests.Most hot tubs don’t allow young children and it’s a medical fact that small children should not be in a hot tub as it raises their body temperature too quickly.Lawsuit waiting to happen and also very unenjoyable for the older guests who just want to relax

Comfortable and clean hotel!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bedding, good AC. Great location to downtown Pittsburgh. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Some items falling apart like the soap bottle wasn’t installed properly and left to be on shelf. The plug on bathtub is missing and in the morning they run out of cold water, so that the shower running very hot. This is very strange for not being reported by the house keeper for breakage. I didn’t have time to let the hotel know. But after all it is good enough for us to go back the second time. This is just a constructive input.
