Pros:

The restaurant is amazing

Cons:

I had blood on my towel in one room and the other room they took our dirty towels and clothes and only gave us towels back.

Not a good value for the noney
Pros:

For a rather expensive hotel, I found our room to be less than upscale. The bathroom did not have a vent so it was very hot and steamy to do makeup or hair. No outlets near the hall mirrors and no mirror over the desk where there were outlets made other options for makeup or hair non-existent. The bedding was too restrictive and I had to pretty much pull the comforter and sheets completely out of the duvet cover to be comfortable. The in room temperature was too warm and the heating unit did not allow adjusting. Parking was an additional cost which I find insulting after paying so much for our room. I don't think I would choose this hotel again.

My son almost had a part of the ceiling fall on his head, I got a cheaper room then I purchaed online & changed room

I would’ve enjoyed the stay if i was able to get thr room i had originally purchased.

Cons:

First thing that was extremely unacceptable during my stay was when i had my son was playing at the pool part of the ceiling fell off & almost fell right on top of my childs head. If my son was one inch away from where he was he wouldve been knocked out into the pool by that. On top of that I was given a smaller room then i purchased & when asked to change rooms it was still uncomfortable & not the room I chose. Im not sure if that happens often but i spent a good amount of money on a room that I never received when all I wanted was my moneys worth. I also have never been to a hotel that you I am not able to access the wifi password even after purchasing a room. I was extremely disappointed with the stay I had.

They Just Get It Right!
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the Providence Marriott delivered an experience that truly stood out. The level of hospitality was exceptional — every team member, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Dining was a highlight of the stay. The food was excellent, and the service felt like a five-star restaurant experience; attentive, polished, and always delivered with a smile. Kudos to the chef and kitchen team for getting it so right.

What impressed me most were the thoughtful details: a modern, comfortable room with plenty of outlets, perfect water pressure, and a room temperature that was spot-on upon arrival. It’s clear this hotel pays attention to guest comfort at every level.

With convenient all-day dining, a great fitness center, and an inviting pool, this stay exceeded expectations in every way. I left impressed and already looking forward to returning.

well, taken care of glad I was at a great place during a major winter storm
Pros:

everyone was so professional courteous, and I was there this past weekend with a major winter storm. I want you to know how I’m impressed. I was with the staff cleaning up in between the cars cleaning all the snow off. I can’t tell you how grateful and humble I am by this.

Excellent location and grounds. Rooms need to modeling.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.

Cons:

The hotel room is starting to show it's age a bit. There are visible places in the bathroom where the trim and chocking are in need of retouching. The sliding bathroom door does not close all the way. It is also not installed properly and slides open on its own.

Horrible, very comical
Pros:

Complete joke of a hotel!!! Charged $36 a night for parking and $100 per night for incidentals. Basic rooms with small fridge no microwave. Shower door doesn’t stay closed. Want to be high end hotel….. guys your in Rhode Island !!
