Pros:

The room is good, clean and comfortable.

well, taken care of glad I was at a great place during a major winter storm
Pros:

everyone was so professional courteous, and I was there this past weekend with a major winter storm. I want you to know how I’m impressed. I was with the staff cleaning up in between the cars cleaning all the snow off. I can’t tell you how grateful and humble I am by this.

Excellent location and grounds. Rooms need to modeling.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.

Cons:

The hotel room is starting to show it's age a bit. There are visible places in the bathroom where the trim and chocking are in need of retouching. The sliding bathroom door does not close all the way. It is also not installed properly and slides open on its own.

Horrible, very comical
Pros:

Complete joke of a hotel!!! Charged $36 a night for parking and $100 per night for incidentals. Basic rooms with small fridge no microwave. Shower door doesn’t stay closed. Want to be high end hotel….. guys your in Rhode Island !!

Always Great Stay! Had an amazing time at the Providence Marriott.
Pros:

The lobby decor has been updated. Love the staff who were always there to assist. I appreciate the access the shuttle provided. Love the Food was amazing… loved being back.

Will never again stay at this hotel, thinking I was close to the event we came down for would work and it didn’t and for

Just the entrance of the building was nice that all, the place needs to be upgraded

Cons:

First thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay to park my car $40 per night, also the room had no garage bags at all, we was a party of 4 and all they left was one bathroom paper, didn’t come to clean the room the next day, and like one hour after checking in put my phone to charge and a book down by the middle stand next to the two bed and that drop off the wall, had to change rooms after a 4 hour drive not happy with that,

It was just ok
Pros:

The room was very noisey. We could hear people upstairs and in the hallway. Also i requested non feather pillows and had to call twice and ask two orher employees before i got them. As i am allergic to feathers. We also waited a long time for breakfast to be served and waited on.

Getting pillows the first time i asked for them

De luxe means different things...
Pros:

Very helpful check-in indeed. A good welcome. My deluxe room on the ground looks straight on to a water tank, a car park and a gas station. I can forget that but I think a deluxe room should come with an armchair or settee but apparently a desk chair is sufficient. Having been out all day it is disappointing to find that the room had not been made up by 4.30pm.
The breakfast buffet is good.

Location is good to the college. They charge for overnight parking which seems exorbitant and they do not include a comp

The toilet needed a new flush armor. Every time we went to the bathroom during the night I woke my wife up and it wasn’t only in our room number 333 but other rooms on the floor.
