Need refund asap
Pros:

Nothing there was an admin error on the booking and they have not returned my calls or emails about a refund. Additionally I went there in person and they pretended not to be able to fix it

Pros:

The work out facility was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was extremely uncomfortable room. The air conditioner was not repaired during the weekend stay. The temperature in Washington DC was in the 90s during our stay. We didn't stay in the room ery much due to the heat.

Outstanding Experience in Crystal City
Pros:

I love this place. It’s the only hotel I stay at in Arlington and I travel here weekly. If you need anything on the hotel side, talk to Sophie and she will make sure you’re squared away. When it comes to food and beverage, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar and ask for Yerga. She is AMAZING! So kind and hospitable. I love coming to see her to chat. She will remember you whether you come one time or one hundred times. Overall, love this hotel. The staff is second to none.
