Mr. Dennis was very accommodating, especially when my room was a handicapped room, Even though I wasn't handicapped, he did offer breakfast for me and my spouse and also gave us an extra hour to check out.
I absolutely loved this hotel, I will definitely stay again. Hotel has airport shuttle and we used Lyft to get around. Staff is GREAT and we loved Diablo at the front desk. Room is very spacious and modern.

This hotel has a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were very clean, the bar was nice, and the environment felt safe. However, the heater did not work well, and parking was a major issue. The parking lot fills up, requiring guests to park over a block away overnight. This information was not disclosed at the time of booking.
The staff at the AC National Landing are top notch! I have stayed here several times and they are very helpful / consistent each visit. A big thanks to Mohammad, Sanjoy, and Satya for their effort and friendly demeanor! Thank you…!
The staff, especially Mohammad, Alex, and Sanjay were beyond expectations with their hospitality! They provided suggestions, answered our questions, and made accommodations when we had to return from the airport due to winter weather.

Parking was expensive and never mentioned when making a reservation. Thought Bkfst was included, surprised when I received a bill for bkfst. Staff was good, cost for services felt inflated.
