The work out facility was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was extremely uncomfortable room. The air conditioner was not repaired during the weekend stay. The temperature in Washington DC was in the 90s during our stay. We didn't stay in the room ery much due to the heat.
Todo que está muy cerca de Metro
Que no llegaron hacer limpieza el día que les tocaba, no había jabón de manos el baño pero lo demás todos bien
Fun place, easy to Metro and city, Yirga at the bar took great care of us, def recommend!!
I’ve stayed here multiple times , but today was very interrupted 3X well before check out time ! That is very unacceptable !
The location
Nothing really but there was only one front desk person so there was a wait to check in.
I love this place. It’s the only hotel I stay at in Arlington and I travel here weekly. If you need anything on the hotel side, talk to Sophie and she will make sure you’re squared away. When it comes to food and beverage, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar and ask for Yerga. She is AMAZING! So kind and hospitable. I love coming to see her to chat. She will remember you whether you come one time or one hundred times. Overall, love this hotel. The staff is second to none.
Very clean comfortable
The location
Yirga is the best waitress at AC Marriott. A walking ray of sunshine!
Decent size room with adequate bathroom. Clean and pleasant. Breakfast limited and overpriced. Friendly front desk
Personnel. Great location. Well stocked bar downstairs
I stay here every time I can when work brings me back to DC. The staff is beyond compare. Attentive, caring and professional. Ruth is exceptional in the restaurant. Always a watchful eye for directing you to seating, giving guidance on how to order and ensuring your beverages, plates and hearts are full. Everything in this area is continually in transition and I find comfort that the staff here are rock steady. They are what separate this hotel from its neighbors.
The location of the AC Hotel in Washington was very good. We stayed there for one night, and the room was nice, clean, and quiet.
the hotel seemed very busy, and the staff didn’t pay much attention to the guests. They just gave us the key and that was it. Also, the garage parking was very expensive.
I accidentally showed up at the wrong hotel after booking at the AC Hotel National Harbor, and with two kids and my family in tow, I was definitely feeling stressed. Thankfully, everything turned around the moment we reached the front desk. Mohammad greeted us and immediately put us at ease. He was calm, understanding, and genuinely helpful.
He asked about our plans and, since we were visiting Washington, DC, he took the time to explain how to use the metro, which made getting around so much easier for us. He even called the other hotel, canceled our reservation, and helped get us checked in right there without any hassle.
The hotel itself was new, clean, and really impressive—but what stood out most was the service. At one point, my youngest started crying in the lobby, and Mohammad quietly went to the market and brought him some candy. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us in that moment.
Overall, a stressful situation turned into a great experience thanks to the kindness and professionalism we received. I’d absolutely stay here again
