The amount you have to pay for breakfast for the options that were there.
Parking was expensive and never mentioned when making a reservation. Thought Bkfst was included, surprised when I received a bill for bkfst. Staff was good, cost for services felt inflated.
I travel frequently for work and have been a Titanium member for years, staying at many properties—often transcontinental. While I’ve experienced good service in many places, I witnessed true hospitality at the AC Marriott.
On the morning of my departure, my car battery died. It was very early, and I needed to drive to North Carolina for work. I was sitting in the lobby trying to reach different roadside assistance companies when the manager—Muhammad, whose name I later noticed displayed on the wall—approached me with genuine concern and asked if everything was okay. After I explained the situation, he immediately arranged for someone to cover the desk, walked with me to the garage, brought his own car, and helped jump-start mine.
His kindness and willingness to help saved me an incredible amount of time and stress. I travel to Crystal City nearly every month and usually stay at the Marriott across the street, but from now on, the AC Marriott will be my hotel of choice.

I give it a 7 because breakfast cost $21 per person. Outside of that, the property was fine.
This was not a good experience the bed was not comfortable the service was so bad it stood out to write about to remember not to come here again
