Very chaotic!
Cons:

Had an unresolved maintenance issue with bathroom sink, phone wasn’t working , had to go down to desk to get assistance. Maintenance never came . Charged twice for room ( was later resolved after two weeks) charged smoking fee before ever checked out .

Atmosphere
Pros:

Fantastic atmosphere and a cozy lounge! Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Food and drink are delicious as well the staff is accommodating.

Decent, but overpriced.
Pros:

Good proximity to restaurants and the convention center, beds were comfy and room was clean

Cons:

The room was very small and I think their queen beds are actually fulls. Our heat was broken and they put us right by the elevator bank so we could hear the elevators moving all night. The lobby restroom was also very dirty, with clogged toilets and ran out of TP. There was also no one at the front desk when we tried to check out.

Oh! You actually thought that hotel facilities were for guests! Nope.
Pros:

We booked into this hotel for a full week thinking that a 4 star hotel with a restaurant would be able to satisfy our needs. This means a decent night sleep and a place for a meal after doing business all day.
Imagine our surprise when after a full day of work coming back and going to the restaurant for a quick decent meal only to be told that if you don’t have a reservation you won’t be able to be served. There were at least half the tables unoccupied but they said they were for people with reservations later on.
We went to management and expressed our surprise and discontent with the situation. We said that we would have expected that a few tables would be set aside for hotels guests. They apparently hadn’t thought of that and said they will look at it for the future.

Totally useless.

Need to rethink the rest of our week.

Can’t go with food for 7 days

Don’t stay here if you get hungry.
