Everything about this Resort was beautiful.
Mosquitoes everywhere.
Breakfast and food was great.
Family friendly, but has adult only option pool too!
There were too many flies at the outside dining.
The property was amazing, beautiful and kid friendly
First, 99% of all staff we came in contact with were professional and nice.
Variety of pools and the options to have food service poolside. Appearance was nice and pools in reasonable good service, despite some cracks in cracks between deck and pool with missing mortar.
A lot of small maintenance issues like loose bathroom fixtures and wear and tear issues are common.
They have a separate area for adults to swim that was nice. Kids ate free for breakfast and lunch with paid adult meal. The food for children and adult were great portion size and worth it. They also give you free vanilla or chocolate ice cream at the guest service desk my children loved that. They play moves at 8pm and provide pop corn for there guest that was really cool.
The water pressure in the shower was really low not enough power to it. Did not like that the water slides and lazy river close early during the week it would be nice if it was open late. People left there belongs on the chairs and couldn't sit down had to wait to her a seat. Did not like how they charge me extra for one kid. Customer service worker said children under the age of 10 were free with paid adult on check out daye they charged me extra and they said it was 3 kids per adult I had 4 kids with me and another mom. They never said that at check in or thr hostess when we order the day before. I asked kindly to remove the charge.
The weather was the only thing we liked.
It looks completely different than what we expected from the pictures online. The room wasn't clean and we had to ask multiple times for them to clean the room before we got settled in, I paid for parking and there was NO PARKING, I got over charged at one restaurant, they fixed the issue but it was embarrassing for my family. The bartenders have bad attitude, I ordered a burger and fries for my daughter and I got served with attitude, they said come back in 10 minutes and it'll be ready, I went back and they said "did you hear us call your name? So that means it's not ready" instantly I spoke to a manager because there's no way a bartender is talking to me like this after I spent almost 4k here this weekend with my family. Shuttles took about 25 minutes and like I said my car was parked way out front because they over sold parking vouchers. I circled for about 40 minutes and there was no parking so they had me park in the front and dropped me off at my room but my car was stuck way out there all weekend with shuttles that were not dependable. The beds were not comfy either, the pillows were good but the mattress will hurt your back.
Environment, golfing, kid pools.
The hours of closing for splashtopia. The hours of opening for an arcade that can be used without having someone posted as you load a game card and play at your discretion.
I loved how family friendly it was. So many restaurants. So many activities for kids. The pool hours are long, that was great. They gave me a complimentary ride from my room to the front desk in a golf cart.
The restroom door didn’t lock. There is only one hook to close the door and mine was broken.
The restroom door is made of wood slats and you can peek inside even unintentionally. It doesn’t provide much privacy even if it were to lock.
the shower has a glass on one side. So if you’re in the shower the person washing their hands can see you through the glass, showering.
I stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting to check in at the front desk during Father’s Day weekend. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for the busy weekend. Any other time that’s unacceptable.
