Pros:

Older property but it was a nice experience.
Pros:

Location of our room was nice. The property is large.

Cons:

The adult pool had kids in it and management said because it was a holiday weekend that they allowed it. The spa did not do pedicures on the weekend.

Overall, we enjoyed the facilities, food, and service, but the unexpected additional charges significantly affected our
Pros:

* Great variety of facilities and family-oriented activities.
* The restaurant quality and food were very good.
* Friendly and helpful service, including the front desk and housekeeping staff.
* The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was highly disappointed to discover unexpected fees and taxes after checkout. The final cost ended up being about $300 more than the price shown on Booking.com.

I think it would be much more transparent and helpful for guests if all additional charges were clearly disclosed before arrival. There were additional fees for parking, as well as resort and tourism fees, which were not clearly reflected in the price I saw when making the reservation.

Omni
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and the 3 pools were nice for the very hot weather. The AC worked really good.

Cons:

The room needed detail cleaning. Like carpet, base boards, Keurig machine etc. Also the beds were very hard. Movie for pool was canceled both nights.
