Room was comfortable and nice. Staff are friendly. The elevator situation was a nightmare in the East Tower. One of three were broken. At night, they also devote one elevator for traffic to the rooftop bar, which made access to rooms even worse. Many people, laden with luggage like us, traversed multiple levels of stairs up and down due to the wait for elevators, which averaged 30 minutes. My wife did the steps with a cane because of a stress fracture in her knee. Unacceptable for the price we paid!
Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep. I just got a few hours because someone had set up a whole drum set with speakers on the street corner below my room. I swear I’m not making this up. I wish I was It was after 3am when he stopped. The front desk just said sorry we can’t control outside of our hotel. My shower is clogged the water is up to my ankles and the room is disgustingly dirty. I expected Better from a Hilton. Staying in NYC was quieter than my experience here. This place is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Everyone here is very nice and helpful! Wonderful staff, rooms and very cleana
Great place. TJ is the man. Very helpful.
Conveniently located at the heart of STL.
Stains on the furniture and bed. Dirt and crusty things on surfaces.
I really had a great experience with Mr. Tijuana Reid at the front desk. He made sure all my needs were met, he was very informative and he knows a lot about the hotel which was very helpful for me.
Horrible experience. If you like your hotel clean, parking easy, and good service DO NOT STAY HERE!
1st room shower didn't work and no heat. The room was set to 70 degrees and was 58 degrees when I woke up. Nobody checked on the room. The shower was gross and just didn't work at all.
I paid $40 for parking and then I had to ask 4 times to receive a text message with a QR code to get out of the lot. Then the last day the QR code wouldn't work and nobody answered when I hit the button to request.
Both hotel rooms were GROSS! Do not stay here!
Subject: Feedback Regarding Our Recent Stay
Dear Hilton Team,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay.
During check-in, we had difficulty understanding the gentleman assisting us. He was very soft-spoken, and unfortunately it made the process a bit challenging.
Later, we visited 360 and sat at the bar for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment — no eye contact or indication that someone would be with us shortly. My husband eventually asked for assistance, and Taylor stepped in to help us. She was absolutely amazing — professional, articulate, attentive, and truly took great care of us. She made a noticeable difference in our experience, and we hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
Additionally, when we reviewed our invoice at checkout, we noticed we had been double-billed for parking ($50 x 2), even though we only stayed one night. Thankfully, this was corrected and credited at checkout, which we appreciated.
Overall, we wanted to share both the areas that could use improvement and to highlight the excellent service we received from Taylor.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Jamie Bryant
We paid the extra money for the valet parking to find our truck parked in a non parking zone on an alley way with no security.
The view
One that advertise stuff they dont have . Then the Property was broken down and dirty I can’t believe I paid sooo much. Also check out is and 11 but they came banging on the door 3 times by 10. They even opened the door while I was changing. HORRIBLE. Even in the lobby other people were complaining they kicked them out of their room days early
Dawn Graham at the restaurant downstairs was excellent, she and her staff very professional and friendly. I will be visiting again and look forward to it.
The area is perfect and both restaurants they have are perfect vibes !
Everything was great!

Staff was extremely friendly property was clean
Trisha at the bar downstairs was amazing! She makes really good drinks and very personable. Made my lunch before visiting the arch enjoyable!
The location and the Executive lounge were the best parts.
The cleanliness of the room was not good at all. I had to dust myself.
