The gun fight in front of the hotel both nights we stayed. Terrible. The other hotel guests were fighting in the hall. The staff when we checked in was awful. He didn't present himself very professional. He was rude, his clothing was very sloppy and looked dirty. Terrible!! He wasnt a person i would want representing the hotel.
We went to eat at the place in the lower level of hotel, no one was around. We waited 20 minutes, ordered beer and a pizza, the pizza tasted like a cardboard pizza, my salad was wilted lettuce with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Wtf?! Way to over priced. The 1st day of breakfast, I requested cup of coffee, she walked away, never got my coffee. My husband went and got us both a cup. She never came back to our table except to give us a bill, and said we could leave her tip on it. Nope.
Breakfast was amazing, amenities were fabulous, rooftop bar was awesome, and the location was perfect.
We didn't realize that an attendant needed to use a key card (from the lobby) to let us up to the 26th floor for the rooftop bar.
The staff was incredible! Shower pressure was amazing!
The room wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it was hard to distinguish ‘dirty from worn’ look.

Valet parking was full. This was actually one of the reasons I booked this place. Luckily we’re were advised by staff to park in the garage across the street and bring our ticket to the front desk. Worked out ok, wasn’t a big deal

Rude front desk workers. Room was musty ac didn’t work. Way over priced for what it was.
NOTHING! The staff was always rude, our ac in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there. The whole west tower didn’t have ac which they failed to tell us nor did they offer to give us another room, it was 83 degrees in our room and didn’t get to sleep till about 2:30 am.
The garage that we paid $40 for was not secure at all, money, bunch of change, 2 phones and a few other things were taken out of my car! This place has got to be the most horrible place ever!!!
Staff were so friendly making sure we had everything we needed and the location was exactly where we needed it to be for the ballgames.
