Pros:

The hotel had a smell, everything was out dated. Bathroom water wasn’t running properly. Look like I was trying to get sent back to the past being there. I walked in and out ‘ I liked nothing but the supervisor was professional.

Pros:

The bed was great, blanket very good, also the main floor lobby very nice, Gym facility clean and pool very good. The hotel es great for comference or wedding.

Cons:

The carpet on the 8 floor is dery a lot of spot black and dust. There is not coffee maker on the room and the hotel is design to uses the restaurante first floor that is good.

I love the hospitality, everyone was professional consistent and on top of everything that was needed as requested.

I do a lot of traveling, and maybe I booked the wrong Sheraton. But from my experience of Sheraton this is by far one of the oldest not up to date Sheraton's I've ever stayed at. I was very disappointed with all the stains, all the dust and dirt under the bed and on the chairs in the room. I was also not pleased there was no microwave or refrigerator I had to ask that one be brought up to me. When traveling you at least expect somewhere to keep cold drinks etc. For two nights I spent $460 but that's also adding the $100 deposit. I can say this is my first Sheraton experience that I felt I was at a motel when I entered the room. Unfortunately it's also so outdated that the TV is just regular cable you can't connect to Netflix or anything. But what I can say is the staff was absolutely wonderful and they made the stay much more pleasant. I hope that this Sheraton gets updated soon!

The ac was awesome

Cons:

The price for the room vs what you get is a complete rip off. The only upside this location has is the supervised parking . Just because you have a restaurant and bar doesnt meen you can extort people for more money on the room.
