Wunderbar, ruhiges Hotel in einer grandiosen Umgebung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und trotzdem nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße. Dadurch hört man keine Verkehrsgeräusche.
Das ganze Haus strahlt eine ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Es gibt ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze, die wiederum durch ein Tor gesichert sind. Man kann z.B. seine Fahrräder problemlos am Fahrzeug belassen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich, besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere Brot, einfach außerirdisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert gewesen, gerade in der Hochsaison

Die Lage direkt am See sehr gutes Frühstück und die nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Wir mussten 30 € pro Tag für unseren Hund zahlen was nicht deklariert war und bekamen eine Hundehütte als Zimmer viel zu klein und mit Blick auf den Parkplatz! Frage nach Upgrade konnte niemand sofort beantworten da alles nur über Management angefragt werden muss! Erst nach 3 Tagen hätten wir ein Upgrade machen können was sich nicht mehr gelohnt hat. Und dafür das unser Hund für 1 Woche 210€ gekostet hat durfte er nirgendwo hin weder auf den schrecklichen künstlichen ca. 500qm Kunstrasen oder in die Nähe des Pools.Nichts. Da sollte das Management besser werben das Hunde nicht willkommen sind! Und ein so großer Kunstrasen direkt am schönen Gardasee wo so schöne Natur ist ist ein Hohn. Schrecklich!

Fantastisk og lækkert ophold hos Vision Hotel
Pros:

Mindre moderne og flot hotel beliggende med udsigt ud til søen, og strandpromenaden. Et meget moderne og rent hotel med en tilhørende fin have og et flot poolområde som dagligt blevet rengjort meget grundigt.
Generelt er hotellet utroligt rent og pænt og vores værelse blev dagligt rengjort til perfektion.
Personalet i receptionen og restauranten var utroligt serviceminded og hjælpsomme, vi følte os meget velkommen hele ugen.
Morgenmaden enestående, der manglede intet og den var præsenteret indbydende hverdag.
Vi havde halvpension og kunne frit vælge tre retter fra deres al la carte menu og der var noget for alle.
Vi kan absolut kun anbefale at booke dette hotel og kommer meget gerne igen.

Pros:

The location is perfect, away from the crowds and really close to lake, you can take your breakfast looking into the lake. The staff is very friendly and provided us guidance and tips for our trip. Everything was perfectly cleaned. The outside garden is very clean and well maintained.
