We told them to repair the bath tub water issue and no one resolved it and useless and waste of money and I won't recommend to anyone

Dried Blood stains on duvet, dusty lights and moisture warped bathroom doors.
Pros:

The front desk lady at check in was very friendly. The hotel room needs a proper clean and remodel. The bathroom door is warping due to moisture from years of showering. The bathroom mirror wood finish is fading and the wall mounted lights are extremely dusty. The worst part was the dried blood stain and makeup stains on my duvet. I called the front desk for a replacement but their said “we are so busy right now, there are no replacement duvets” I ended up with a light brown couch throw instead… Overall would recommend the doubletree hotel one this one.

The staff was welcoming, the lobby was comfortable and fun, the restaurant/bar was a very cool addition to the hotel and the food although a little pricey and not the best presentation was delish.

Cons:

Our family was there for a funeral. Some of the guests staying at the hotel were abusing the property by smoking pot, and drinking in addition to small children crying. Our hall stunk like marijuana and we were woken up late at night to the police at their door. Thankfully the guests were escorted out. My other family member had plumbing issues in their rooms as well. The surrounding location was ok but at times felt unsafe due to the sketchy characters lurking.

Not great, but tolerable for a two night stay.

The Room size and location. Parking was free.

Cons:

Beds did not have mattress covers and you could see the old, worn mattress directly beneath the sheets, especially at the corners of the mattress. The bathroom was showing signs of wear, especially the door. It was splintered from water damage in a significant space at the bottom.

Time for some updates and a deep cleaning
Pros:

The staff is as nice as can be. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was not as great unfortunately. The ceiling had water damage, the headboard was dirty and had stains on it, the chair fabric was so filthy we wouldn’t sit on it, the tub needed to be replaced, water damage on the bathroom door, walls were paper thin, bed very uncomfortable…
