The breakfast was great! And the hotel is beautiful

Cons:

The room was very far from the front lobby (couldn’t be avoided I guess), room didn’t have a microwave and I wish the room was alittle bigger.

Pros:

I was never offered a breakfast package through you or the hotel and when I tried to address the possibility I was directed back and forth between the two of you! No one to actually talk to through your organization only online chat. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Cons:

No courtesy whatsoever from front desk. Basic necessities, towels, water, cups not replenished when asked and HAD TO ASK DAILY! Housekeeping nonexistent. Extremely disappointing.
I also requested adjoining rooms not just close together. I traveled with 7 additional people including 5 children so all these inconsistencies were a real vacation buster!
