The swimming pool and fitness center were excellent, as was the room with a balcony.
It was very close to airport
Nothing too much.. i just didn’t like the cleaning crew walked passed my room and didn’t clean it for two days
Bedding was great so soft.
Loved the open space dining area, until delta reps took over at night..not pleasant for hotel guest trying to eat quietly.
transportation to the airport
Restaurant was disappointing as we had to wait 20 minutes for service while the wait staff wiped down the counter at the bar and the bartender set up his station? We ordered a drink at the bar then moved to a table. Once the bartender told the waitress we wanted to order food but she still proceeded to wipe the counter and set it up with menus. needless to say she did not receive 20% tip.. Fod was enjoyable
Location (proximity to airport) and availability of airport shuttle
1) There was no noise control in the room I was in which was an adjoining room (i.e., doors could have been opened on both sides to allow walk through between rooms). I could hear word for word what the people next door were discussing and they were not being loud.
2) There was no microwave in the room.
3) The pool was closed and has a discolored film floating on top.
4) No restaurants on site were open Saturday night (except the room service one).
Convenient to airport, comfortable room, clean amenities. Excellent staff and service.

No microwave an my air in my room didn't work... I be been there a month ago an haven't got my deposit back yet!!
Just a lil piece of mind!
Wash cloths & towels felt like sand paper 😡 filthy dirty pool😡 bed was to low😡 dirty ice machine😡 the lil in I mean lil microwave 😡 the hype for this hotel is to over rated straight facts
The van driver from the airport to hotel was great, helpful and pleasant. He waited to be sure no one was left. RITA at the front desk also was very pleasant, helpful and remedied an issue for me. She went above and beyond. Both deserve kudos for making my experience top notch. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable. Transpo is 24 hours.
