Best stay ever.
Pros:

The service was way above expectations. Best stay ever. Every time we go there. Staff did a great job.

Beautiful hotel, safety concerns and resulting injuries
Pros:

Always very clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

The tub had no handrail or non slip floor surface. I fell and cracked two ribs. Staff was very accommodating at first, but then ignored me when I asked about a full or partial refund on my stay. My main goal is to communicate up the line about bathroom safety, but ultimately between the lack of rail and nonslip surface and the shallow tub edge, I feel this us a structural issue and I should be compensated.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the great hospitality!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly. We loved the fact of having shuttle access available to us. We will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Cons:

The fact we had to use our phones for access to TV as a remote.

Got woke up the next morning to housekeeping cleaning other rooms close by ours. They kept banging items and talking very loudly. Felt this was very rude and didn't understand why cleaning couldn't be done after we had checked out at noon. Almost felt like they were intentionally waking us to get out earlier than out departure time at 12p.m.

clean and comfortable

Cons:

Keys wouldn't work to room. Went up to the 24 floor many times, carrying my bags. Then had to send someone up to change battery in door. Parking was confusing too. Value was not free and that was not communicated and was not told there would be a charge. If want to park at this hotel you have to pay for it or drive to a parking ramp and pay to park there.
