Thin walls. Small rooms. Close to airport.
Pros:

Close to airport

Cons:

Loud. Extreme thin walls. We had people in the room next to us all night. Doors closing, and even light conversations. We slept horribly and the rooms were tiny and squished.

Stranded, but not abandoned in Seattle
Pros:

We were stranded in Seattle due to the weather. The hotel was available, and it provided a reliable shuttle. We had no luggage, no toiletries, just our personal item. I think it was Jason who set us up with some much needed toiletries. Thank you! The gift shop had lots of sundries, snacks and t-shirts. I needed a change of shirts. The lobby reminded me of a ski lodge. And though I rarely get to enjoy hotel lobbies, I enjoyed this one. Breakfast was included with this stay, and though only three options available, they were delicious.

Cons:

Our room was an atrium facing room. We looked directly into the gym. So, we used the blackout curtains during our stay. That made it feel like we were in a weird movie set cave. Apparently, there had been an indoor swimming pool at one point. Now it was like a big ballroom. I wouldn’t recommend this type of atrium facing room, especially on a lower level.

Poor Sleep Quality
Pros:

I stayed one night before a flight out the next morning. The hotel is very close to the airport. The outbound shuttle service was outstanding, leaving every 15 minutes. Front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is a bit on the old side, but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The issue I had was the inability to run the fan for air circulation as well as white noise to help sleep. Case in point, I was woken up at 2:30 am to my neighbors having sex. I won’t be giving this hotel another try. Sleep quality is too important.

Really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The free 24-hour airport shuttle was a bonus.

Great place near a very busy airport.
Pros:

The check in experience was excellent. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very pleasant .

Cons:

Nothing. I would not change anything.In spite of my late arrival every thing was fine. The shuttle from the airport was on time as advertised . The driver was very helpful with my wife’s walker.

Pros:

Room was filthy. I had to call front desk due to people in room next to me fighting. As far as I know, they never checked on people. Ch3cked out of room at 5 for 11 am flight because I thought it wo7ld be more pleasant at airport!!

Cons:

Read above also room wasn’t clean. Pulled out desk chair to sit and there was a ball of hour as if some cleaned their hair brush. It was very dirty
