I was disappointed with the accommodations for the price. I did not feel safe when outside.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The water pressure in the shower was glorious.

Cons:

There were no coffee supplies in the room even though there was a coffee machine and complementary coffee wasn't offered. It wasn't very clean.

Pros:

The room was neat clean and I loved the shower and flat screen tv also the safe box. Can't forget the secretly system u can't go on the elevator unless u have the key

Un hotel non del livello di un Marriott
Pros:

Il personale dove abbiamo pranzato (un giovanotto ed un signore anziano) era estremamente gentile

Cons:

1. Lo shuttle è disponibile solo fino alle 11.30 ma lo si viene a sapere solo dopo aver fatto la prenotazione. Noi atterravamo alle 11.45 ma non è stata fatta eccezione
2. Abbiamo chiesto dei chiarimenti via mail ma mai ricevuto risposta
3. All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto suonare un paio di volte prima che venisse qualcuno alla reception per il check-in
5. La camera era rumorosa a causa del motore del frigorifero che abbiamo dovuto spegnere e della vicina autostrada
6. La colazione è disponibile solo fino alle 10 ….
7. Non è possibile regolare prima la temperatura dell’acqua della doccia e quindi si inizia subito con una doccia fredda
8. Al ritiro delle valigie alla reception nessuno si è preso la briga di controllare se fossimo noi i proprietari e tantomeno di salutarci
9. All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto caricarci le valigie su un carrello e portarcelo su fino alle camere. Nessuno era presente per darci una mano

Welcome to your second home.
Pros:

Front desk personnel are always greet you with a very warm and cheerful smile. I have been staying here for the last 28 week during the week where I go home on the weekends. I look forward to my return every Monday. Emily Avellaneda is a joy to see upon checking. Also, the rest of the front desk personnel are also very welcoming. I enjoy my stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott Houston North. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was extremely amazing, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel welcomed and valued from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciate the great service and hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
