Well looked after for 10 nights!
Pros:

10 night stay, picked as working in an office close to the airport and didn't want to be a long drive away in Downtown.

Thought the hotel itself was great. Had a high floor room which came with lounge access. Service in the lounge was fantastic and worth noting that for breakfast you have a few options in the lounge but you can go through and use the buffet as well.

Paid to keep the room for another night as was flying back really late and on check out was only charged 1/2 the daily rate which was a nice touch.

Felt really looked after by housekeeping, lounge, bar and reception staff.

Didn't have a car and after driving through quite a rough neighbour hood to get dropped off decided I wouldn't be walking anywhere so it was Uber and Lyft's whenever I left but I'm not sure you ever walk far in Houston!

Weather Delay Bonus!
Pros:

Due to a weather delay, this hotel was deluged with weary and frustrated travelers. They treated each of us as special guests, doing their best to move the line quickly. Several staff even stayed the night to make sure that everyone’s needs were met. Above and beyond service, with a friendly smile and much grace. Thank you!

Air conditioning broke in room reached out to management to come and fix on the first night facilities came in to do a temporary fix. AC still was broken refrigerator defrost it all of our food because it was not working when I got to the property I was not told that I had to give another payment of $60 for incidentals. When I asked for a total refund, I was told that being that I booked with the third-party I would not be able to receive a refund back.

Excellent dream to spent again in the same property
Pros:

Great location by the road side ease of access from the airport. Rooms are spackling clean and the bathrooms are immaculate, well maintained and service. No noise noticed. View great and the AC is optimal.
