I don’t like the fact that breakfast ends at 9:00 AM and I payed for breakfast but I didn’t get a chance to eat it because I came down at 9:00 AM

Heating so noisy we couldn’t sleep. No one said you had to join bonvoy to get WiFi. Cost very high. Bartender was great.
We love Marriott hotels the wonderful places to stay the sleep is always wonderful because of the bedding
Unfortunately, because we went through booking.com we paid over $200 for our room and they put us up in a handicap room and unfortunately the room was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was comfortable. The shower was oversized for a wheelchair accessibility it was just a very sad stay Being punished for going through booking.com. Couldn’t even get a regular room with the king size bed just pathetic.
Customer service not really professional
Location was perfect for the wedding we attended. We never peered breakfast but it was nice that it was an option.

I had a dirty cover, it looks like they didn’t even wash it. And nobody seems to care. And they took forever to bring me more towels.
Room was fine, but could definitely see some wear and tear (fire alarm box hanging off, scuffs, etc.). We paid for a king room and got 2 queens and were told “that’s what happens when you book through a third party.” What’s the point in booking a type of room if you aren’t going to get it? Very annoying.
