Clean, quiet rooms, excellent drinks, pricey parking.
Pros:

The room was nice, very clean and we did not hear anyone else next door or in the hallway. We went to the hotel bar in the evening which was enjoyable with attentive staff and tasty drinks. Overall we would book here again for a night in DC.

Cons:

Parking was expensive for being a guest in the hotel ($60, and we only stayed one night). Also, it was confusing to find our room, a brief description was given at check-in but no other sign was available to direct us to an elevator in the corner (which we missed and found the way after wandering for a few minutes).

Pros:

Staff was v friendly, and the location was excellent but unfortunately there was a very bad smell like sewage in our room during our stay which was not ideal.
