Staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Nothing, it was a great stay.
We had a great time at the Marriott Westshore! What made our experience exceptional was the shuttle driver Sharrod. He was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond what was asked of him to make us feel like we were home. He really showed that he cared about our happiness! We highly recommend this hotel purely for Sharrod!
Restaurant was good.

It smelled lovely, the employees we excellent, and the rooms we nice, comfortable, and clean.
My only complaint was at the price of the rooms parking should be free and the free breakfast was terrible! Days Inn has a way better continental breakfast, so for the price of the room they could do way better with breakfast.
I like everything
I need water on my room
Andre was a great driver and helped us out with dinner plans.

Stay: May 28–31, 2026
I arrived in Tampa not feeling well, as I started to become ill during the last part of my flight. Because of that, I decided to cancel my rental car and instead called the hotel for assistance. They immediately arranged for their shuttle to pick me up, and this was the first indication of the excellent service I would experience throughout my stay.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provided me with water right away, confirmed my room was ready, and placed me on the 14th floor, where the Concierge Lounge is located, so I would have convenient access to everything I might need during my stay. That level of consideration truly stood out.
A special thank you to Kendry and Jeffrey at the front desk for taking such great care of me. They made sure I had everything I needed and genuinely helped make a difficult situation much more manageable. Their attention and kindness had a meaningful impact on my stay in Tampa.
The shuttle drivers also deserve a special recognition. I can’t say enough about the level of service they provided. Christian, Rudy, Sharodd, and the morning driver to the airport were all friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. They helped transport me within the authorized 2-mile radius so I could get everything I needed. This included service to and from the event. Their willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. For their services alone, I will absolutely return to the Marriott Tampa Westshore!
Highlights:
• Exceptional care, especially during a medical situation
• Thoughtful room placement for convenience and accessibility
• Friendly, responsive front desk team
• Outstanding and reliable shuttle service
Thank you so much, Marriott Tampa Westshore Team😊.

Great stay. Andre the shuttle Driver was great. Staff was great. Everything was amazing.
I was super excited to come to Tampa. I stayed six night nights and wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else. It would’ve been a lot better. There are two Michaels that work there and both of these guys made my experience better, along with the shuttle drivers they were all great. There was a gentleman that worked at the front desk with Michael That was a complete jerk. On Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 in the morning, I listened to an obnoxious noise for four hours straight ! I wish I could post the video on here. I had no idea that there was even breakfast available that you didn’t have to pay for until my last day. I had to move three different times because my first two rooms smelled like mildew extremely bad. I tried to make it work and I went to the mall for a little bit and came back and I just couldn’t even handle it so I asked to be moved. Then I get to the second room that was dirty and still smelled like mildew really bad. Mind you there’s 14 floors so carrying three suitcases up and down the elevator after a long flight was not exactly what I wanted to do for the first hour that I was there. Got to the third room and it was nice and clean. Although I am skeptical that there are bedbugs because I have bites all over my legs and they itch. I was told to look and see if I can find anything. The housekeepers do not speak English, which is fine I suppose unless you need something. I had the sign on the door that said do not disturb and still got a knock on my door three days and then when I didn’t have the sign on the door, I left for a while and came back and my room was never cleaned. I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but when you pay almost $2000 to stay somewhere, One would hope that it would be a pleasant experience or even a neutral experience. I have zero desire to get a free hand out or discount of any sort, just leaving an honest review. I’m sure for one night it would be fine. But if you’re coming on vacation, I would recommend staying somewhere else. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst pillows. I actually ended up not even using a pillow lol The pool is super nice, but it would be cool if there was a hot tub. The lady that works at the coffee stand was super awesome and made the best latte I’ve ever had in my life. I drink coffee every day and try all different sorts of coffee places but this hands-down had the best latte!! I appreciate both Michael’s so much and the shuttle drivers. I’ll be back to Tampa, but I won’t be back to this hotel. That’s really a bummer because this hotel could be killing it with the location and the potential. But life goes on, and I’m sure that the hotel will do just fine in the end.
