To sum it up the stay was amazing. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice location. The rooms are very clean and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

It was a bit of a hassle to use their parking code. I was shocked that they required to pay for parking, but I understand it's probably to make up for the room rate and benefits the business travelers.

It was very nice. I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was a very nice and clean facility. Our room had a balcony. The elevator was a little rickety. And the breakfast was not free but other than that it was a nice day and the breakfast was actually really good.

Cons:

The rickety elevator and the cost of breakfast lol

Fantastic Hotel staff! Very professional and very helpful!
Pros:

Fantastic Hotel staff! Very professional and very helpful! They still treat customers like royalty. Like what a stay at Marriott used to be in the past. Stays in the past used to be comfortable, enjoyable and delightful.
Overall I noticed over the past few years that Marriott hotel guest services decline in their once well known professional and helpful attitude. I basically only stayed with Marriott hotels when I traveled. However, more recently I now think about staying with other brands like Hilton or Hyatt. Good job, Omaha Regency Marriott keeping the old marriott spirit of still treating your guests with highest regard!

The fitness center was great! The employees were all very kind. It was nice to walk across the street to the Regency Mall!

Cons:

The room could use some TLC. Just some areas that could use paint - broken doors, rust on walls, etc.

I had my daughter s wedding there and it was amazing.

Cons:

When housing knocking on my door , asking if I need service. They didn’t understand what I need or what I asked them to do.
