The fitness center was great! The employees were all very kind. It was nice to walk across the street to the Regency Mall!

Cons:

The room could use some TLC. Just some areas that could use paint - broken doors, rust on walls, etc.

The service was great in the Ballroom.
Pros:

I had my daughter s wedding there and it was amazing.

Cons:

When housing knocking on my door , asking if I need service. They didn’t understand what I need or what I asked them to do.

awful stay, worse customer service
Pros:

the asian lady staff was absolutely rude, had the worse customer service and support. Was trying to say i could not receive my refund and refused to let me talk to the manager till i kept asking her. Her customer service was absolutely awful, tone, attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Pros:

The location was great and close to where we wanted. The bar staff was very pleasant and main level well maintained

Cons:

False alarms with the fire alarms twice. Our room had a terrible draft and the heat could not keep up. The bathroom ceiling had poorly repaired drywall from a repair or prior water damage.

It made Marriott look bad!
Pros:

Nothing but the location, as we had dinner at the Bonefish Grille!

Cons:

The room was freezing cold, the heat didn’t work, they had to bring in a portable heater. The elevator broke while we were there and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable!
