The best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
Pros:

One of the best, if not the best, hotels I've ever stayed with. The staff was the most helpful and friendliness I've ever seen.

The best hotel customer service, food, and atmosphere. But the staff are incredible, every one of them. Our family had 12 rooms and every person kept complementing how top notch it was.

Great stay
Pros:

This hotel was a great stay. Jill checked us in and was so friendly. The pool is big and clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament on a weekend the hotel was sold out. Our room was clean, beds comfortable. The entire hotel staff is so friendly, these days I find that rare.

Cons:

We were on the 6th floor and the people next to us kept opening and shutting the door constantly until almost midnight. They had kids and I understand but it was a constant disturbance especially well after "quiet" time

Wonderful place, great staff, rooms and restaurant
Pros:

I've stayed here several times and the staff is always helpful and courteous. They always confirm my preferences in room and bedding. Also, the restaurant downstairs is always spot on and has much to offer.

Cons:

Only extra I would like is an extra blanket available in the room.
