Convenient comfortable super clean
Pros:

We’ve stayed here a few times, both before and after renovation. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well designed. Maybe the biggest bonus from renovation is that the sound control is good (we didn’t hear the noisy kids when we were in our room)

Overall 10
Pros:

Clean and staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was a tournament for teens so there was an abundance of teens running around unsupervised especially in the pool area where my toddlers were playing.

Excellent.\n Besides, all the kids running around like maniacs.
Cons:

So many kids in the pool and very loud. You should close the pool at nine thirty or even 9 and let it turn into only adult swimming. That was the only thing that kind of ruined.\n Saturday night for us. Bixby

Mixed Experience
Pros:

I will start by saying that I have fairly high expectations of hotels but choices in the area were limited. My hope when I leave a property is to give five stars regardless of how fancy it is but I couldn't quite get there this time.

Pros- I do believe this is one of the better properties and is certainly convenient for commuting into Yellowstone. I would love to give a large shout out to Joe at the bar, and to the kitchen staff who made some of the best fries and steak sandwiches I've had in years. Staff in general were helpful and friendly. My parlor suite was basic but roomy. The pool and hot tub are also basic but provide a nice spot to relax. The gym was quiet and clean. The lounge had very limited offerings but again the staff were kind.

Minor quips about the restaurant having eaten there multiple times. Their wine selection was extremely limited though the lovely server told me they are switching over- just a gentle recommendation to have more than one cab available by the glass and not only bottles over 100 dollars. I ended up doing the later since I was there for several days but the mark for a stags leap is a bit unreasonable. The salads on the menu are so giant I couldn't put a dent- and I am no stranger to a large plate of food.

Cons- I was very disappointed in house keeping services- not in the job they did, the staff is excellent- but my room was only serviced once in my four days and only when I asked. A quality hotel would have noted I had to ask and than it wouldn't have happened again. I was at school daily until 4 or 5 and by that time wanted to collapse so didn't bring it up again. The shower is outdated and slippery to navigate. The sheets are incredibly scratchy and the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

I tend to have more faith in the Marriott brand though I know locations can vary.

With a few adjustments and upgrades on linens, it could be a great property.

WARNING!! Not safe to stay! Someone on staff was in the bed and used the toilet while I was gone.
Pros:

I stayed for four nights last week, the last night after working a 15 hour day I came back to my room and the do not disturb placard was not on my door so I assume a maid came in and cleaned anyway. When I walked in the room, I had to rush to the bathroom and the toilet seat was up. I'm a female and I was the only one staying in the room. Then I thought well, maybe the maid cleaned, but the towels were still the way I left them, the coffee machine was the way I left it. Nothing was replenished, and then when I walked into the area where the beds are, the bed that I did not sleep on had an imprint in the pillow and the sides of the comforter were up like someone had spent time in the bed. I have never felt quite so violated staying in a hotel in my entire time staying in hotels, I travel a lot.
The woman down at the front desk when I went down very upset. It was very kind and she said they would definitely look into it and she was so far sorry that this happened. She said that there was no security there or managers there that night to review the videos in the hallway, so they would get to it first thing in the morning. Well, when I went down to check out, I spoke with the manager, and he kept saying. "you believe someone entered your room." NO, I know someone who was in my room, the toilet seat was up the bed was used, and the do not disturb placard was not on the door. Someone it was definitely in my room and obviously left in a hurry, not picking up what they left behind! The manager looked at who entered the room and at what time, and he saw that it was me the guest, and a supervisor. I asked if the supervisor was a male and he said that two on staff that night were females. Ladies come on we know we never leave the toilet seat up, we sit on it. The manager that spoke with me was very nice, but he kept insinuating that I was dreaming that someone went in my room while I was gone all day. Then I received an email today saying they would give me one night stay as a way to placate me. He said the investigation showed that it was a maid that went in at 5 PM. Wait now she had a supervisor key? And she didn't clean the room? AND SHE USED THE TOILET LIKE A MAN AND USE THE BED?
THIS OUTCOME AND SO-CALLED INVESTIGATION IS BS, AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE.
They moved me to another room my last night there, but I didn't sleep at all feeling completely unsafe in that hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your privacy and security. Who knows what else they did while in my room!

Ok stay, a little tired and noisy
Pros:

Kind of a mixed bag but an overall good stay. This property is a bit off the path unless you have business at U of D, but it has good free parking and a pleasantly surprising restaurant. There were some misses such as clean but tired rooms, a broken toilet (handle) and a very noisy room near elevator. I guess that’s what you get when you use points but it was very loud on a Saturday night. This place could be great with a renovation
