Pick this place solely to the proximity of our activity in the Jan 1. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The room is alright, large, and comfy with view to the city and its fireworks shows during the old & new eve.

Cons:

No hangers in the bath room, bathroom sink n faucet did not work, bathroom shower need replacement for it cannot hung properly. Only one elevator works, albeit it's small size compare to the number of people needing its service in this 20 floors building, make it takes too long to queue just to go down from 19th fl to ground, and vice versa. The swimming pool supposedly ok, but it was a bit dirty, too many debris in it. Apartment access to lobby also not easy, need to go to B1 first, which is troublesome for the elderly

Bad experience with Oyo, cause the receptionist asking more payment and they denied the price on the application, very bad experience with three customer who's paid too, the receptionist insists to more payment with the rate they arranged on that day, poor Oyo
