Very friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable beds!

Excellent location for walking to all the downtown tourist spots.

Cons:

The portable air conditioning unit in our room was very loud. Glad they had one though.

Pros:

The hotel is really lovely and the suites are very nice. They have good sized, clean rooms, the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s located a 5-7 minute walk from the Empress and the Harbour.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Location was really good also.

Cons:

Unfortunately, ice bucket was missed and had rubbish within. Once informed, a new bucket was provided but rubbish remained in original bucket in room. Parking also not half price to guests who purchase rooms through a third party.
