Pros:

Staff great, location fantastic, good pool, comfy beds, nice room.

Cons:

Really loud machine noise coming from outside the window which kept me awake all night sadly. Think it was either the fountain ( as room directly above it) or some other hotel equipment. Lack of good sleep did sadly effect overall quality of stay which otherwise would have been excellent.

Gut gelegen mit netten Personal aber die Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Aussicht vom Rooftop-Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist relativ alt. Der Kühlschrank hat sehr laut gebrummt.

Pros:

Location! Staff were fantastic. Really enjoyed Chelsea at Clive’s! Wonderful person.

Rooftop restaurant was lovely!

Cons:

A bit tired. Our room needed a little TLC. The transition strip to the bathroom had exposed carpet nails I had to dodge.

Overall it was a good stay, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location was close to the bus loop as well as many walkable sightseeing and food places

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Staff. View. Balcony, room.

Cons:

5 of us ladies in a room, but only 4 towels, face cloths etc. Asked for more and didnt get.
Only 4 coffee pods for 5 of us...they left us more the next day 2 because we asked. (Same letter as asking for enough towels)
Also didnt like not having a pen and pad of paper. Call me old - fashioned, but I always makes notes and stuff, I was choked at no pen & paper.

Great location but overall a bit dissapointed considering the price per night
Pros:

Location is great, very close to downtown and harbour

Cons:

No central A/C so on a room like ours (1 bedroom suit) there is only a bulky, very loud A/C machine inside the bedroom itself, nothing on the rest of the room so if you want to cool down the full thing you need to leave the bedroom door open and have the machine on full blast and even with that the people sleeping on the living room area will have a hard time during hot days. Shower heads are really low so is very awkward and uncomfortable to shower. Bathrooms are clean but because how dated they are they appear "dirty" from all the use, specially bathtubs

Friendly staff, good location, clean
Pros:

Great location
Staff were lovely
Room was great with kitchenette
Laundry facilities on site to do your own laundry if desired
Pool was a decent size with pretty broad opening hours
Parking on site
Also paid for breakfast two mornings in Vista 18, pancakes in particular were excellent

Cons:

Nothing. Felt it was value for money with what we paid. Got a clear invoice at the check out.
