Pros:

The Chateau Victoria was phenomenal, the rooms were clean, as a guest celebrating my 50th bday the hotel was the BEST!! Vista 18 Restaurant was amazingly good 💯 and also my son and his girlfriend loved it too!!! 🫶

Cons:

I liked how fancy it was! The Chandeliers, Baby Grand Piano in the Foyer, the room was perfect, the view was amazing, and the pool and hot tub, the room service was great! All around amazing experience!!

Exceptional Service!
Pros:

Truly a gem in the heart of Victoria! My friend and I each had our own 1 BR on the same floor and both rooms were clean, comfortable and just lovely. I enjoyed the hotel pool and hot tub, and Clive's is great for a nightcap. The views from Vista 18 with dinner or a yummy appetizer can't be beat. Staff is professional and very helpful. At departure I noticed my tire was low. The front desk advised me of a nearby tire shop, and the hotel's maintenance man promptly assisted, using a battery operated air compressor to fill the tire, which enabled me to get to the repair shop. I really appreciate that exceptional service.

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay. Suit was excellent, beds wonderful, rooms clean, well stocked with coffee, tea and all the appliances.
Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Victoria, well located to downtown harbour and local restaurants.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was clean and well maintained. A special mention to the lovely Thyme bath products — they smelled amazing and added such a luxurious touch to the experience. Would definitely love to come back again!

Felt with the comforts of home.
Pros:

The location being downtown near many restaurants and the Inner Harbour. The one bedroom with kitchenette, full-size fridge and stove. Very friendly, professional and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The individual sheets of toilet paper. Give us rolls.

A wonderful stay in every way!
Pros:

Réception arranged the most beautiful 2 bed room for my adult daughter and I. One of the beds was in a separate room, which was perfect. The larger room had a table and chairs, a small sofa, two televisions (one in the separate bedroom, and a small coffee bar with a sink.

We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, cocktail bar, and top floor scenic restaurant. The location is perfect with close proximity to many beautiful sights. It was a wonderful experience.

Enjoyable comfort
Pros:

Stay was very comfortable. Slept like home. Every was wonderfull. The bed and bath room were very nice and clean.

I love this hotel

I love this hotel!
From the moment we walked in we were met by friendly people and a fast check in. They even parked our car.
Comfortable and clean rooms.
Wonderful restaurant with delicious food awesome views and more great staff.
I will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Great location, we live close to Victoria and wanted to celebrate our anniversary with dinner and a few drinks downtown. They upgraded our room to a suite! Thank you! It was so nice to just walk everywhere, have a few drinks and not have to worry about parking etc.
