My stay at Radisson Blu Béke Hotel was very pleasant, but what impressed me the most was their attitude towards guests. Due to my own mistake, I booked the wrong date (May instead of April), and although the reservation was non-refundable, the hotel still accommodated me and issued a refund.

This level of understanding and professionalism is rare and truly leaves a strong impression. Because of this, I will gladly return and remain a loyal guest. Highly recommended.
