חדרים קטנים, לא נקי !! היינו 5 ימים ולא פינו פחים אפילו פעם אחת .. היינו צריכים להוציא זבל בעצמנו .
Σε κεντρικο σημειο της πολης. Πολυ κοντα σε σταθμο μετρό. Πλησιον στασης λεωφορειου. Το πρωινο υπεροχο. Πολυ πλουσιο, για ολα τα γουστα. Το δωματιο πεντακαθαρο και το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο. Μια τελεια εμπειρια!!
Il posto era centrale,il personale disponibilissimo,tra cui c'era una signora bionda che non ricordo il nome che parlava italiano ed è stata eccellente su tutte le informazioni che gli ho chiesto.La colazione è stata fantastica, c'era di tutto dal dolce al salato .Nei dintorni si trova un centro commerciale che si trova di tutto .Direi 10 e lode x questo hotel.

This was not our first stay at Radisson Blu Béke, and the hotel continues to be a very reliable choice. The location is very convenient, within easy reach of the city centre, while the on-site garage is a definite advantage when travelling by car.
Breakfast is particularly good, with a very nice selection and overall quality, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.
A comfortable, well-located and dependable hotel that delivers exactly what you expect from its category. We have stayed here before and would happily return again.

Lovely high-quality interiour design and finishes all around, clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Location was great. Room itself was high standard with lovely seating areas and coffee tables. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room with pods included and tea bags plus a hot chocolate powder. Ice machines at the end of our corridor from where guests are able to chill their own drinks/collect a bucket of ice which is a great idea! Housekeeping kept to the towel policy which in other hotels I found not to be the case and not replaced my towels because I signalled by leaving them on the rail that I am still using them, thinking sustainability. Reception was attentive and happy to assist.
Room size was rather small. The romantic stay gesture was honoured but was slightly strangely executed: no messaging or anything just the bottle of champagne left in the room without any messaging. No replies were sent either to confirm if anything will be done or not. CAPITAL letter comms sent about nonsense PHYSICAL ID to be brought for check-in next to the overly gooey communications about how they are counting down the minutes eagerly waiting our arrival etc.. The mixture of these differring tones ruined the image of the hotel in me as a guest.
No swimming pool but the sauna was good, though amenities were poorly stocked (empty beverage container at the time of our visit) so there's room for improvement being a 4-star hotel. TV had outdated (6+ years old) COVID comms - judged by the phrasing - about high hygiene standards and "during the current difficult times" type of explanations why the minibar is "temporairly" out of the rooms. Silicone/caulking in the bathroom were patchy and incomplete in places - maintenance note.
