Die Lage ist optimal

Cons:

Die Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber, aber enttäuschend war das Frühstück, welche für ein 4 Stern hotel nicht ansprechend war. Teller und Tassen waren teilweise schmutzig, das Buffet war nicht appetitlich serviert und an manchen Stellen auch nicht sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenso nicht motiviert und das hat das ganze sehr abgerundet.

Veldig Fint og rent hotell, med bra beliggenhet og hyggelig staff!

Cons:

Vi kom litt tidlig å spurte om rommet var klar til innsjekk eller om vi kunne sette igjen bagasjen, vi fikk beskjed om at rommet var klart, men vi måtte betale 1.000kr ekstra for å sjekke inn før innsjekks tid. Aldri opplevd dette på andre hoteller. Ellers fint hotell!

Cons:

Odamızdan yanımızda getirmiş olduğumuz 3 adet küçük Baileys şişeleri odamızdan alınmış. Bunu önce kat görevlisine anlattık not aldı gitti. Daha sonra çıkış anında resepsiyon görevlisine anlattık. Odaya kartla sadece siz girdiniz dediler. Oysa hergün temizlik görevlileri girdiler. Alınan şeyin tutarı önemli değil ama bu hırsızlık dediğimiz halde hiç bir açıklama yada tepki vermediler. Kısacası odanızda kıymetli eşya bırakmayın ve dikkatli olun.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean.

Cons:

Slippers were not provided in the room, which was unexpected. The room itself was rather small, although it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is somewhat overpriced. Additionally, parking is not included in the room rate, which I would consider standard for a hotel of this category.

Very good hotel.
Pros:

In a good place to visit all round Budapest

Cons:

The coffee machines in the breakfast room are set to give a half cup of coffee so you have to run them twice to get a full cup not good it’s a pain.
