We have stayed here before and it was good just like last time
I don’t really have much to say. Maybe just more shampoo next time
Although there was a leak in the room the first night, the staff moved our friends to a better room and a discount was given.
It’s not a beautiful hotel but it’s good value and easy to get to everything.
The staff was friendly, and the building and rooms were clean and well-maintained. It felt safe, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The location was close to Universal Studios. They have a restaurant for a paid breakfast. The bathrooms were a nice size.
Having a microwave in the room would have been nice, along with a fridge that got a little colder. The lobby did have 2 microwaves to use, which was helpful. The location right next to the freeway was a bit noisy at times, especially outside the room, but we honestly didn’t hear much noise once we were inside to bother our sleep or anything. They do not offer complimentary breakfast, which is fine, but at least complimentary coffee would have been a nice service.

It was a little nerve-racking if you didn’t get parking inside the gate because then it could have been bad, but we always were able to have parking inside the gate.

I never got my $100 deposit back all we did it sleep in the room we were gone the whole day I Don't understand why I didn't get my deposit back
