Pros:

It is in a great location and the staff is wonderful.

Cons:

1) The plants next to the handicapped parking spaces do not allow the passenger access to the vehicle once parked. This has been a problem for years.

2) I have stayed here many times and this is the first time my room had a preschool sized toilet. It was extremely low.

Would have been completely fine if we would have got the 100 dollar deposit back like the front desk said we would.. the staff at the restaurant beside the indoor pool could definitely use some help

Stay at the next Holiday Inn on down the highway.
Pros:

There was a restaurant and bar. We ate there and the food was good it just took a while to get it.

Cons:

We had to take cold showers. I called the hotel
before booking online and the lady at the desk never said anything about having water issues in the rooms. No one wants to pay over $200 a night and have to take a cold shower. The next morning the lady at the desk said I’m sorry but we have someone working on the problem.

We enjoyed our stay there, probably the only issue was the lack of complimentary breakfast
Pros:

It was a lovely property. Well maintained. We were very tired so it was great there was a very good restaurant on the property. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small and there was no complimentary breakfast

Very enjoyable for all
Pros:

Rooms were up to date and Dove products included toiletries.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t very heated as said and the indoor hot tub had been filled in… the indoor hot tub would have been GREAT!!!!
