Location is great. Property very clean.

First thing the keys didnt let me in. 2nd thing there was no ice bucket. Not a real big deal.But the gentleman at the front desk asked me to walk all the way down to the office to get it. Instead of just saying, I will bring it right up, they did, of course, but not what he wanted to do. There also was no towels, and I told him that when he brought me the bucket, as I walked down to go get ice with him. And he once again, doubled down on the why don't you come get them instead of bringing them to me? So I had to go get towels, and in my opinion, that's just something that they should have automatically said we'll bring them right over to you.Not, can you walk all the way down to the office?Which was two buildings over. But it's the world we live in these days.Customer service is almost non existent.

Die gute Lage für ein Durchreise von Sequoia Nationalpark. Park nach San Francisco war für uns optimal.
Auch das unkomplizierte einchecken war Klasse.

Cons:

Es war ziemlich Dunkel im Zimmer, weil es auch Recht verwinkelt war. Nicht so vorteilhaft. Das Frühstück auch hier, nicht so toll. Diesmal gab es sogar nur eine Marmelade, Blaubeere. Das war schon Recht spartanisch. Das weitere Frühstück na ja, OK.

I was not happy. Booking.com is great but could have been more to the point.
Pros:

The breakfast. I liked the set-up but no meat.

Cons:

The facility is not a 3 star. It is more a 2 to 2.5. The surrounding area is not good. The traffic was scary. The Kleenex holder had blood on it and the trim around the door was broken and/or peeling. The check-in was very good, and breakfast was also. However, there could have had some kind of meat (turkey sausage, or regular bacon) to go with the food. The front desk lady was very pleasant. Check-out was nice.

Old .. the place needs a remodel

That someone was trying to get into our room and the front desk had the nerve to say well we will get there when we can. The carpet was so dirty it grossed me out .. there was a big spot stain that looked like blood
