Ice machine worked and the pool didn't have anything floating in it.
The facility is worn out, it is maintained, but is in need of major replacement of furniture and fixtures. This Ramada is jointly occupied by a closed Tilted Kilt and very old strip mall. The gates to the secured parking areas within the motel have all the charm of a minimum security jail. One look at the free breakfast reminded me there was McDonalds across the parking lot, so we went that route. A/C was loud and vibrated alot, but did cool the room, but constantly cycled on and off every 10 minutes.
The hotel has a gated free parking for guests which is quite important in California. We were in the first floor facing the pool, but the room really has this musty smell like somebody peed on the carpet. Or maybe the carpet is just old. The bathroom was unremarkable but the biggest off for me was the smell of the room. I had to spray my pillows with perfume to help me sleep.
The room is badly maintained. Musty smell in room. I’m happy I only booked for a day.
Very friendly and helpful staff, a good sized safe car park and a spacious comfortable room. Hotel was only a few minutes away from a mall with plenty of food options

Every
thing
My husband and I arrived at the Ramada Wyndham at 6:00 AM, exhausted after staying awake for 24 hours while my mother was hospitalized. Despite Priceline and the hotel website confirming a 7:00 AM early check-in, the front desk agent, Emiliano, rudely dismissed our third-party booking, refused to look for our reservation initially, and told us to wait until 8:00 AM. When we returned at 8:00 AM, a different agent told us no rooms were available and dismissed our previous interaction, telling us to return at 12 PM. No manager was available to speak with us. After waiting in our car again, we asked for an update at 9:00 AM and were suddenly given a room, though we were never notified.
The room itself was unacceptable, smelling of cigarette smoke and featuring blood-like stains on the carpet. A supervisor later apologized and offered a 15% discount for a future stay, which I declined. Priceline contacted the hotel manager for a refund on our behalf, but the manager denied the request. When I later escalated the issue to upper management, they blamed me for wanting to check in at 8am and refused to acknowledge our concerns regarding how I was treated and the miscommunication. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for the early check in fee. At this point, the issue is not just about receiving a refund, it's about the poor customer service, lack of communication, and overall treatment we experienced during our stay.
There should be accountability on the hotel’s part to ensure situations like this do not happen to other guests. You never know what someone may be going through, and a little compassion, professionalism, and clear communication can make a significant difference during an already difficult time.
Price was good
When you walked into the hallway to the room it was out dated and smelled stale
Le manque de propreté, le petit-déjeuner dans une salle bruyante et sale avec peu de choix et des produits de mauvaise qualité
Ran down hotel. Sketchy parking lot. Subpar breakfast food. Not worth the money. I would have rather paid more somewhere else.
