Rooms were disgusting don’t recommend staying here
Good location and friendly staff
Everything squeaks, you hear people on the second floor turning on their shower at 5am. The parking is gated, not sure if it’s a good sign or a bad sign. Their breakfast only has artificial scrambled eggs and bread. No protein. Cannot really advertise as “breakfast”
Pool was ok. Seating in pool area, needs replacing
Upon arrival (16:30) we were issued a room, we got all our stuff out of the car, went to the room only to find it was still dirty, bed unmade, tv on.
Walked back to reception with all our stuff and 2 moaning kids, only to be asked if I was sure. Was then issued another room, apparently an upgrade ( thank god we weren't in the original room in that case)
Aircon was so loud it woke you up every time it clicked on, I could hear every word that our neighbours were saying at 5am through the adjoining door, large work crews left or arrived at 4am and have very loud conversations outside the window. The security key reader is ripped off the wall of the side door, so thats open all night (it is off a secure parking area, so I guess that's something)
The whole hotel is very dated. It was this hotel that made me cancel all other Wyndham properties on our trip and book Holiday Inns

Not clean, carpet is very dirty, door like broken, roaches in the bathroom
The breakfast could be a little better. The location was great.
We stayed for two days and we didn’t get clean sheets because they said the staff didn’t go in the rooms

Kamer stonk naar honden, het ontbijt was een regelrechte ramp voor ons en de dertig andere mensen die er waren, niks werd aangevuld van het al zeer povere ontbijt,
Bij uit checken stonden we met acht mensen te wachten, werden slechts door één persoon geholpen alhoewel er zeven mensen achter de balie stonden
Building and location is great. Nice parking lots just few steps from your room. There is good privacy and silent environment.
Rooms needs maintenance. Paint needed for bathrooms and doors. Interior lightning must be updated
Room was run down, shower curtain rod was broken and curtain wouldn't close.

Desafortunadamente viaje 3 horas a este hotel con una expectativa alta, pero me fui muy triste y desilusionada.
Las instalaciones muy sucias, los vidrios del hotel, el olor a humedad y a cigarrillos, las habitaciones tenían ropa de cama viejas y desgastadas al igual que las mesas y sofás, sucios con manchas. En la zona de la piscina, había vómito pegado, el piso estaba con manchas pegadas de lodo, fue muy desagradable ver la suciedad por todo lugar.

the venue did not respond to any of my request. It is very necessary to respond so the visitor can decide to proceed with the booking or not. this carries dissatisfaction on check in.
