They booked this hotel because Ramada has a procedure name did not expect what I walked into
It is old, rundown, and cheap repairs obviously seen everywhere. The exit signs on the gates were spray painted words and dripping. Very tacky. Our room had white patches that weren't even painted. carpet stains. the restroom was dirty, light switches first, vent was dirty, fingerprints on doors and mirrors, the furniture chips and obviously painted over.
I like the mini fridges and privacy locks they have in the rooms.
The room could be cleaned a bit more thorough but definitely pretty clean overall
The breakfast was not good. No low sugar options. The rooms could use a remodel as you can see where signage has been taken off walls with paint peeling

The breakfast had only one hot item which was eggs I've never seen that in a full breakfast... I couldn't leave till 8:00 in the morning to get a cash deposit back never heard of that very disappointed in that it put me two and a half hours behind on my trip....

The beds were not comfortable. The floor smelled like dog urine and the faucet in room 180 was hard to turn on and odd.
staff was efficient and nice
obviously it’s an old hotel and it’s apparent the company doesn’t upgrade its infrastructure
