Guest room was not cleaned properly- trash was hidden under the bed. The tile floor was sticky and there was hair from the previous guest in the bathroom.
Run down hotel and the lobby and halls connecting the rooms were hot! No AC in the common areas?
I booked two rooms. I need a place with a fitness center as I'm a bit of a fanatic. Pictures online show an elliptical, which is what I like. Went to check out the fitness room when we arrived in the evening to make sure the machines were good and their was sufficient AC for my morning workout. It was cool in the there but the elliptical was completely and obviously broken. I went to the lobby and talked to a young man at the desk (not a maintenance person) who said he'd look at it. Later, I called down to the lobby to tell them the lights over the bed didn't work. I also asked if the guy was able to fix the elliptical. I was told he had. Turns out one of the lights by my bed was just unplugged but the plug was all bent and I couldn't get it to go into the outlet. The other light didn't have a bulb!
I decided to go to the pool as it's so dang hot here, and stopped at the fitness center to see the "repaired" elliptical. As soon as I stepped on it, it fell apart as it was before!
The good news is the pool is nice, and the hanging lights they have around it are pretty. The bad news is everything else seems rundown and the hot tub was out of order.
Glad it had a pool to cool off after a long day walking and travelling.
Helpful to have a fridge in the room, when on the road.
Other than that, it was a bed for the night.

The hotel was pitiful, but beds were clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a pool. The lady at the reception was the only pleasant face in the whole place.
Where should I start?? We were offered free breakfast: in paper plates and plastic cutlery. Scrambled eggs with ketchup and a pitiful dough to make your own waffle. When the waffle was warm, it seemed ok. As soon as it was cold, it was like total tasteless rubber. So I don’t want to know what was in there.
At 9 sharp, not 1 minute later, even that dough was take away, despite some kids crying they had no chance to make the waffle, bcs they stayed in line waiting for the waffle maker to free up from other guests. That was a scandal!!! I could not believe my eyes. The kitchen guy said he had to leave, so needs to clean up as it was 9 sharp!!! 🙈 never again!!!

Breakfast could have had more food choices and could have been cooler inside the room. Facility could use a little upgrade.
Good security. Good location. Easy to traffic.
Smoke odors. All room too old. Specially, breakfast is the worst.
