Matress was very uncomfortably worn.
At Southern Chop breakfast, ordered French toast with banana and berries. Received plane french toast. Had to ask for the breakfast ordered and was handed a banana and a dish of berries. No offer to replace or credit. Was also served french toast cold.
Its location near Space Camp
This is a beautiful property located directly beside the Space & Rocket Center. All of the common areas were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. We had reserved a High Floor Rocket View room with a balcony, but were extremely disappointed to find that we were assigned a room without a balcony. At first, I thought I may have made a mistake when booking but later that night i remembered that I had a confirmation email that did indeed confirm that I had booked a balcony room - but it was too late to switch rooms at that point. The room that we did have was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our server in the concierge lounge (Indira) was amazing! She was friendly, polite and very attentive - the epitome of an excellent server. The cooked-to-order breakfast was also great. Had we been given the correct room, this would have been a five-star review. We will return here again in the future.
Really enjoyed my short stay. Super friendly staff and a great location. Big gym and enjoyed the bar service and food at night.
Very clean
There was trash left in the hallway, and the place was generally dirty. Furthermore, the staff, except for the person at the front desk, were not very friendly.
Looking at reviews many replies from management say call or email ioannis.karytinos@marriott.com. Trouble is that this guy never calls us back. Is Marriott watching what this hotel is doing? I was over charged over $650 for multiple rooms and multiple nights stay.
