We went here for a family event, and most of us stayed in this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Food was just mediocre for the price. And the daily parking rate is just ridiculously expensive. For the room rate you’d think it would have been included. In spite of the that we wanted to extend our stay. They were unable to accommodate and made no effort in assisting us and showed no empathy whatsoever but constantly reached to out trying to get us to sit in a 90 minute meeting. Even offering $200 gift card.

We had a nice view. Beds were comfortable. It fulfilled it's purpose as a place to stay.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. No bacon or sausage over a 3 day stay. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.

Pros:

The location was nice, as were the hotel and staff. It was also nice to have a full breakfast, though some of it was bland. Coffee and tea, as well as water, were available throughout the day.

Cons:

The drapes in my room 225 did not fully close, so there was a sliver of light coming in in the morning. I tried fixing the drapes several times, and they would not fully close.
As others have said, it’s absurd to charge $27/night to park. It’s not as though Hilton doesn’t make enough money already.
