Worked perfect for my trip
Pros:

Easy to get to downtown via uber. Staff courteous and smiled every time I was in lobby

Cons:

Nothing that really stands out. Some things in room could be updated. No vent in bathroom but I propped door open and was fine.

Really good for a family of four with kids.
Pros:

The location is excellent, it’s about 15mins drive to the airport, Sea world, and Midway museum. A lot of food options in about 12 mins. The swimming pool is very clean and very easy to reach from the room to there. Free breakfast a lot of option. Hot/cool water ready for 24 hours. Self-serve laundry room. You need to have $4 for wash $4 for dry so better be prepared $8 quarters coins for each load. Worth for the price.

This was a difficult trip for us, but your accommodations and service were excellent.
Pros:

All went well. I have sent a letter to the manager about our service.

Cons:

The only problem we had was that the lighting at the mirror in the bathroom was very dim; a light fixture is needed in the bathroom in addition to lighting which is there.

was not aware of parking fees, on our 2nd day they had to do major water leak repair that had shut off water to the rooms from 11 am to 6pm also it would be nice to have full info on their policy in cleaning the rooms. They only clean rooms every other day had to request towels and had to empty our own trash from the room

The outside looks really nice but the inside, the rooms specifically were extremely outdated, some with a terrible smell of humidity.

Cons:

Location not so great, parking fee way too much and the rooms were outdated (old furniture)
