Pros:

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The first room the sink was clogged and hair in bath tub. The room I got switched to was more clean.

Worth it, comfortable, will be back.
Pros:

As always it is in a great spot easy to find and easy to access, rooms are clean and comfortable. It was a good start for my toddler and I.

Cons:

I didn’t care for the location of the room I was in, it was right next to a door outside so it was colder than I’d like and just noisey but other than that it was great!

Very friendly professional staff

Cons:

Would have been nice if the restaurant/bar had been open until 10:00 as I got in late, was in serious jet lag from overseas travel and ended up ordering from a way too expensive (sub par) pizza place for delivery. Also disappointing as the pool was out of order and the price of the hotel didn’t reflect that.

Cons:

When we first arrived to check in we were waiting almost 30 minutes to get checked in because there was 1 person working and they left to take a guest to the airport.. we just got there from driving from Illinois and we were exhausted.
The pool was supposed to be heated but it was so cold we couldn’t even swim.
The only breakfast there is at the restaurant no free breakfast included.
