Exactly what I needed
Pros:

Very friendly accommodating staff, I arrived pretty late and check in was simple. I also misunderstood checkout times and they were very helpful with helping me retrieving my belongings when I returned past check out.

It was a strange experience that I do not wish to repeat.
Pros:

Close to everything we needed. Easy to find and get to.

Cons:

No elevators. The pool (the main reason we chose this location) was closed with no mention of this on the website or booking site. Rooms and amenities are dated. 1 Staff person at a time doing multiple jobs made it difficult to get assistance.

The hotel was fine. I was charged for an additional night which I have not been refunded for.
Cons:

I updated my reservation for 1 less night, however I was charged for the original reservation. Booking.com nor the property have been able to get me a refund on the additional night I was charged.

I have stayed here several times and will continue the stay there in the future
Pros:

Beautiful hotel

Cons:

The pool wasn’t the cleanest and very warm and lots of chlorine. Also no elevator but it does clearly state it on their site.

Could have been better.
Pros:

The pool was good.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom the TV narrated every thing , there was construction on the road, the lights were shining in the room and the noise was loud .
