Pros:

We got in late after our flight was delayed, and the hotel staff was happy to come pick us up in the shuttle - free of charge! The room was clean and extremely comfortable, and though it wasn't included we really enjoyed having breakfast at the Blue Sky Lounge.

Great location..friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast only at the restaurant!! Coffee only at the front desk. No microwave and no coffee in rooms. Very small fridge.
Good hot shower..nice towels.
Very noisy people in the next room...barking dog.

Cons:

People in the next room..can't understand with such a large facility why they put a noisy person with a big dog in the next room.??

Cons:

Our roo. Was next to one of the entrances. All night long you could here the door slam shut . The last time I heard it was 3 am a d then it started all over again at 5 am . No sleep at all..

Pros:

We had some issues with weather getting into Bangor so we had to change check in times, staff was kind about everything and held our reservation

The restaurant was very good
Service was pleasant the meal, baked stuffed haddock and fish and chips were excellent

The room was fine, bed was comfortable

We weren't in the room except to sleep, since we were up for a funeral but we were pleased with the accommodations and would stay again if need be

Cons:

Our room wasn't made up but we didn't notice the placard on the door to put out for that service, I just thought it was the do not disturb sign
So, be aware that you need to put it out if you want service

Not the best hotel i've been to, but also not the worst..
Pros:

Okay hotel and what we needed for a night

Cons:

Sketchy looking crowds of people hanging out on the property, gross stains on carpets, dirty undewear and trash on the floor in the hallway

Overall. The stay fit out needs. The bathrooms were just gross.
Pros:

It was close to our location. We were dropping our daughter off for college

Cons:

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The vent looked like it had not been washed or dusted ever. And the tub had soap scum all through it. And the drain was clogged.
