I got a 'cheap fee' for a dated room - it was clean comfortable and served my needs well.
Pros:

The unit was 'tired and dated,' but that is what I expected. I chose it for price and a needed one-night stay - not for a longer need. The bed was comfortable, and the overall unit gave me plenty of room.

Cons:

I reserved about an hour before I arrived. When i got into the room it overwhelmingly smelled of "Spic and Span' or some such cleaning agent. It was like they went in and mopped the floor after I reserved the room and the smell stayed strong to the senses until I went to sleep. Almost asked for a different room - but decided to 'put up with it.' Was finally gone in morning. The refrigerator made odd noises - but it also acted like 'white noise.'

The location isn't bad. 1/2 mile to food and the dollar store...

Cons:

For the price it met the standards. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket was itchy, the bathroom really needs to be remodel. But you get what you pay for and it will do for out of town workers.
