It was convenient, clean enough, and had friendly staff.

The chargers/outlets did not work in room 229.
The mattress was worn out and we kept ending up in the middle of the bed.
Room 206 smelled bad.

Perfect affordable spot to stay if visiting Clemson university
Pros:

Location was great and staff were very friendly

Cons:

I was there for 3 nights and didn’t get room service for fresh sheets fresh towels . Not sure if that’s something I missed or they just didn’t have the staff

Great price, very thin walls, rooms are clean and good size.
Pros:

Very reasonably priced and great location.

Cons:

Very loud, the room next to us was very loud and the walls are super thin. I can hear everything they were saying. When the doors close they slam.

Pros:

Almost everything!

Cons:

The fact that any person living within 50 miles had to pay a $250 cash deposit for a room should be pisted on the website somewhere! That was more than double the price of the room! It was taken care of and ultimately waived, but it was definitely a shock to the system!

Great for location, budget and space rooms
Pros:

Location was great. Free coffee was tasty! Room was good sized.

Cons:

Thin walls could hear the neighbors and room was next to housekeeping room and they constantly slammed the door.
