Overall great experience
Pros:

Front desk people were awesome. Beds were comfortable good walking area and a good place for the dog to run

Cons:

Breakfast was overcooked, but edible tub had no stopper for a bath and they charge $25 a night ridiculous really the site shows $15

Vending machine took some of my money and gave me drinks it broke and it spilled all on the floor, the one in the lobby that monster broke open like a cartoon 3x

Stay was nice breakfast biscuits were hard. The gravy tasted bad. Not impressed with that and the pool looked green

The outside and foyer were beautiful but in the room you can see that there were places that needed to be touched up. Edges etc

Horrible experience
Pros:

Location from mall

Cons:

Trash outside door to room was constantly overflowing. The tub did not look as if it has ever been cleaned; dead flies on air conditioner unit. Housekeeping walked in room unannounced the first day never reappeared thr rest of the days there. Only received clean towels 2d time went to front desk. Still waiting on response for refund for early checkout.

Breakfast was okay! Fitness room was okay too! Friendly housekeepers!
Pros:

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Cons:

The photos online were/are misleading. The outside overhang area needed cleaning and was not cleaned the entire time of stay. Inside lobby appeared the hotel was closed for repairs; however, there wasn't any visible equipment or workers on site. The manager offered first night accommodation due to security system blaring overnight for hours. After departure, Booking sent me an email stating agreement for accommodation with manager was not reached!!

I do not recommend this hotel!
Cons:

Rooms were dirty, no hot breakfast, no ice both machines were broken, fire alarm was on both nights one at 4am and other 1:30

It was a decent stay.
Pros:

Pet Friendly, good parking, had two beds as what was needed

Cons:

Was assigned a room that seemed like under repair (bathroom). There were still some parts left in the bathroom. They accidentally reassigned another customer in the same room. Already half sleep when someone tried going in the room. Did escort the other customer to the front desk. Breakfast was not good, eggs and sausage were half cooked. It was a decent stay.

Functional, clean with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable well equipped room, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with a range of options.

Cons:

Nothing really, it isn't glamorous but it's good for a one night stopover.

Not good & will never stay here again.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was dirty. Mildew in the shower, holes in the shower ceiling they tried to patch with caulking. Bed had something sticking out of side off base. It was metal & a trip hazard. Pool was extremely dirty. Gap in door & threshold. Bugs could easily enter the room.
