We have stayed at this location before and had a pleasant, comfortable stay, but NOT this time,

Cons:

It was upstairs, room numbers were not visible from downstairs - had to walk upstairs to find the room. The un-pleasant check in lady just told us it was upstairs. No hand soap in the room, the fridge was very unlevel and almost fell out of the cabinet. It also had leftover food as well as melted ice cream in the freezer section. The commode was the size of a child's commode - very, very low and no safety hand rails. Was not informed where the ice machine was or if there even was one. The staff lady at check in was not pleasant.

Pros:

OK - kind of low on food but asst came and refreshed

Cons:

the toilet was way too close to the floor - very difficult, I had to go use the lobby bathroom. Room toilet was way too low and too difficult for me.

Our favorite hotel in Port Arthur!
Pros:

Loveliest employees of anywhere we've ever stayed! Spotless rooms, quiet and wonderfully comfortable bed!

Cons:

The only way it could have been better was if if was free - lol.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good. Rooms are exceptionally clean, staff are very kind

Cons:

Our neighbors were kinda loud for a while but finally settled down and the apartment complex next door had some kind of commotion going on with yelling and cussing
