Pros:

The property was fair, it must have had it's good times but you can see there is some neglect in the operations and maintenance of the property. My last night there was disastrous. There was no wifi, no power, no hot water. The staff could not do anything about it and neither to the duty manager. All they did was to tell me to pay for my extras and leave. Save for that depending on what you are doing in Dar it is a good hotel

Pros:

The location of the hotel is wonderful.
While I had booked for a king size bed, I was put in a room with tiny single bed- terrible! There were number of receptionist who are incapable of listening- they would not give you time to talk.
