The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom door would not shut, and it looked like it had been that way for a while which would indicate the facilities maintenance is lacking! There was a towel shoved under the sinks bottom shelf again this would lead me to think the floor was not properly cleaned. The phone speed dial to the front desk and the restaurant did not work therefore I had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service. Upon telling the front desk people when I checked out there was no offer of anything to compensate for the issues not even a free breakfast voucher! It's clear the front desk workers have wherewithal on how to properly take care of their guest that paid a lot of money for a one-night stay.

Location was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and quiet in the hallways ! Loved the bar/ restaurant, although staying open later at night especially Friday/Saturday would be better!
You could hear the road traffic, especially during bike week. Used a sound machine on phone and did not bother us!

The restaurant was unique and absolutely delicious. The pool and hot tub are immaculate and warm! The beds are wonderfully clean and cozy!
Main St and the highway are very loud at night. We brought a sound machine and so thankful we did. We will stay here again when we visit, but highly recommend for anyone that isn't accustomed to the typical city sounds.
