Cons:

It is in serious need for an update. We had to walk into the pool area to get to the stairwells. The pool area was carpeted which is gross.
The room was dingy and old. The bathroom was old.
We actually left the nonrefundable after a night and booked a different hotel.

Cons:

Outdated, dreamers lounge was opened late and closed early, ubered elsewhere for food and drinks. Ice machine didn't work. Overpriced for the facility and location.
