Gemütliche Pension in Tramin
Pros:

Gemütliche Ferienpension mit schöner Gartenanlage um den Pool. Wir hatten Blick auf die Berge vom Balkon aus.

Pros:

Preisleistung und Unterkunft war gut und sauber, und schöne Lage .nur wenn man zum Frühstück etwas später Kamm hat dementsprechend wenig zum Essen bekommen aber bei der Nachfrage wurde aufgefüllt , Zimmer wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und Handtücher gewechselt!

Die reservierten Zimmmer wurden mehrfach vermietet und wir mussten uns ein neues Hotel suchen. Des weiteren möchten wir diesem Hotelier keinen Kommentar abgeben, denn dazu ist mir meine Zeit zu kostbar. Mfg

Pros:

All’arrivo per il check in si viene accolti con solenne scortesia. Sembra che qualcuno abbia obbligato il gestore di quest’albergo a fare questa professione per la quale non ha alcun talento. A pensare male si fa peccato è vero, ma viene da pensare che il trattamento sia riservato agli ospiti italiani salvo scoprire poco dopo che lo stesso caloroso benvenuto e democraticamente distribuito

Pros:

The reception guy is extremely rude and unpolite. It doesn't feel he is happy giving customer service. They don't have baby chairs and the first room the assigned to us was wrong, not according to our reservation. there's no enough parking spaces and they reception guy doesn't care where do you part your car.

Service an der Rezeption ist sehr enttäuschend. "ich mach die Anmeldung, Zimmer ist im 3. Stock". Das wars. Kein Willkommen, keine Begrüßung. Also diesbezüglich nichts erwarten, so wird man auch nicht enttäuscht. Frühstück ist ok. Zimmer sehr klein und alt. Bad noch kleiner. Zimmer sind sauber.
