We stay at this hotel as often as we can and have never been disappointed.
Pros:

Gross and disappointing
Pros:

Our room was not clean. The floor was very sticky where there was tile, and there seemed to be a male shaped "spot" on the door (to keep it pg)
The pool seems fun in theory but it's only the slides you can use as the pool is just a tiny square for the people who are sliding use. There's no space to swim and let parents swim too. The hot tub was packed at all times because of its size as well.

We were very pleased with our stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was hot and tasted wonderful. The staff were very pleasant. Variety of foods and not repetitive. :)

Cons:

The hotel offered swim wear in the "Store" however, some sizes were not available at the time of our stay! Also, the ability to charge items to the card attached on file was a definite WIN for our kids who could sneak down and charge away!!

Cold and breakfast was awful!

Cons:

The whole building was cold except for the pool area. The breakfast area was clear across the hotel and the hallways were all cold especially the lobby entrance area. Even the staff were wearing winter coats at the front desk! Breakfast was awful and not kid friendly at all!
